- Responsive design

Just a heads up that the site will be down for a few days next week. I'm totally re-doing the back-end authentication system and custom discussion forums.
Now I am a much better PHP developer the old way of doing things needs can be completely changed as its holding the site back.
When the site returns, all users will need to re-register, but you can use the same name/email to keep your history.
If anyone has any feature requests, now is a good time to speak up as I have a full week to work on this

Big upgrade is now complete, the site now runs on modern back end with new authentication system, new forum, new PHP 7.4 and MySQL 8.
All users will need to Re-register on the front end site as the encryption method changed.
Thanks for the patience during this time.
NOTE: All Free API keys have been revoked since they are pretty unsustainable. Any major project is expected to sign up on Patreon if they can to get a private key. This may effect Kodi Music scraping, Music video scraping and the Artwork Beef downloader as well as some others I probably forgot about. Sorry for this but I pay real money for the 3 dedicated servers we use each month nearly 3tb of traffic
It needs to be sustainable into the future.I also wonder if there is a bug or behaviour in Kodi that is requesting the images all the time. Even when the API was down the Kodi users were requesting the images directly millions of times. If any developer could look at why the artwork link its not caching correctly or if this is expected that would be nice. Requesting the remote image each time an album is browsed seems a little inefficient to me if they could be stored locally.

Most of the work is complete now, site seems stable after the initial rush of API requests. Pushing out data at a constant 70mb/s for the last few days!

I've slightly neglected www.TheAudioDB.com in recent years as well... Its been running very nicely.
But recently we have had a influx of paying API users so time to start up development again.
First feature is to add a 4th Fanart image to make it look nicer on the web page:

- Big new feature! 3rd Party Album reviews.
Link as many 3rd party website reviews and scores as you want to each album.
There's no API access yet but could be an awesome feature for the Kodi album scraper if the kodi db could support it.

Ha! I wonder who did them...? I didnt do the template so someone has worked on it
Anyway... Heres some more recent features I have worked on.
- Artist label now shows as Icon (thx fanart.tv for the logos)
- Album thumbs can now show on the artist page by clicking the little image icon next at the top of the album list
- Imported 20,000+ album covers and resized to 700x700 (thx Cover Art Archive)
- Added Artist Live event info back (thanks songkick)
- Added venue thumbnail to artist page for live events
- I'm also working on better lyric support and some importers. More info on that soon.
