I think you should now be able to install the add-on via the "install from zip file" option which should mean that the renaming issue disappears.

If you get a "script error" then I'd need to see the error message in your logfile. However, my guess (and my hope) is that it's just the same error that's been reported earlier (caused by the line "debug(ticker)". If that's the case, then I've fixed this already and it will be in the next update.

Right, just tried again on my RPI and it worked fine, the options all work. It did take a few mins to load it. But since i tried last time i copied over the settings from my main install. The settings didn't copy over as when it finally opened up, there was nothing checked. So I'm not sure if there was an issue creating the settings file or it just takes a few mins to do it as its a slower device.

Copying the settings should be ok as it's really just the IDs of the leagues you want to follow.
Can you mark leagues successfully on the RPi? You must click "Done" to save the changes (It's on my "to do" list to fix this that, if you hit escape and you've made changes, that it asks you whether or not to save - but it's not high priority for me).

Yep it all works perfectly now. Just didn't when i tried from clean install but i may not have waited long enough.

OK - so I've got a new version which (hopefully) will be the release version.

This update includes the following:
- Customise notification display time
- Call additional windows (league table and match detail) from settings page
- Fix debug script error
- Fix error on additional windows for python 2.6
I'd be grateful if you could test and let me know if it works for you.

no notifications appear until a team scores a goal?

You know it's working when you get a notification. If it wasn't working, you'd probably get errors when you start kodi.
When you say add to programs, what would you want it to do if you clicked on it?
I think this is possible, what I could do is create a menu to launch the league table and live match detail screens and have this menu launched from the program addon menu.
I'll add to the To Do list, but I might leave it off the main version for now as I'd like to get this into the official repo if possible.

I need an icon for this service. Does anyone have some design skills to knock something up quickly? I can probably do something myself but it will be very very ugly!!
