i just wanna say thank you bruv nice work. i love it!! one question would be do you plan to add more views for programs for example advanced launcher. confluence will kill it man.

I noticed that the mouse scroll wheel doesn't act correctly when using the halfwall and halfwall2 views for movies (but not TV shows). It also doesn't work at all in fanart view.
Also have the fanart problem with the original Confluence skin, but it worked in 9.11, so could it be a XBMC issue and not a skin issue? Every other view works fine.

Just tried it on ATV2 but XBMC wouldn't start anymore.
Luckily I backed up the skin.confluence directory.
Don't know what went wrong, I just overwrite the files of the modded download to the skin on the ATV2.

Not yet but I'm planning to try it again with the next release of XBMC 4 ATV2.

How can one enable more view-modes in TV-Series. When I pick a TV-Show and get to the Seasons, I have a lot of different views but in TV-Shows main screen I can only choose from like 5 different (List, Mediainfo 1+2, Poster, Halfwall)

Did you try this with the new unofficial build? I also just tried simplicity and wow... Great skin for atv2 imo

I have the same problem, only not with a playlist, but with a custom favorite (same settings menu), does anyone have a solution? Maybe by manually adding the favorite?
I've tried a lot of different skins (if not all
), but i keep coming back to this one. So if that one problem i have can be fixed then for me this is perfect

I tried it with the unofficial build of yesterday (03-02-2011).
It wouldn't start XBMC anymore, it comes up with the XBMC logo but then returns to the home screen of ATV2.
For the record do I need to overwrite the current Skin.Confluence or do I need the see this as a stand-alone version of Confluence.
Update:
Tried it again with the official 10.0-5.
First off I thought it was failing again but then I tried to overwrite the "Customizable Confluence"-addon.xml with the original addon.xml and it worked.
Not everything is working but it seems all views etc. are working.
I'm going to try and test everything tommorow!

[HOW-TO] Play a Playlist off of the Home screen with Customizable Confluence - steppedup - 2011-02-10
This is assuming you've already set up a playlist in the playlist section. Save yourself some trouble, and make sure that your playlist actually plays before moving on to this next step.
If you want to play a playlist off of this Mod, by clicking on the playlist that you entered into the skin's back-end, on the "Custom Home Options" page, this how is you do it. (Default behavior is to open the playlist, instead of playing the playlist.)
1st...Open up this mod's 720p folder (probably here: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\skin.customizableconfluence\720p), and find IncludesHomeVertical.xml, and open that up in EditPlus.
2nd. Find the first section that says <-- Custom Home --> . In it, will be 10 subsections called:
<item id="15">
<description>Custom Movie One</description>
Each one correspond to the sections you can find on the Custom Home Options Page. - The first 5 are for custom favorites, and the second 5 are for playlists.
So, on the 6th section, and change the bolded section like shown:
From:
<item id="19">
<description>Custom Movie Four</description> <label>$INFO[Skin.String(Menu_Custom4_Label)]</label> <icon>special://skin/backgrounds/custom.jpg</icon> <thumb>$INFO[Skin.String(Menu_Custom4_Folder)]</thumb>
<onclick>XBMC.ActivateWindow(10025,$INFO[Skin.String(Menu_Custom4_Path)],return)</onclick>
To:
<onclick>XBMC.PlayMedia($INFO[Skin.String(Menu_Custom4_Path)])</onclick>
Save and restart XBMC and the playlist will now play instead of opening up.

Can't add skin under Dharma 10.0 ATV - n15hds - 2011-02-10
Hi All,
I am obviously missing something ! I have downloaded the skin, unzipped it and copied it to the following path on my ATV
/Library/Application Support/XBMC/addons/Confluence_Mod_11-04.
All the files appear as expected
When I go to Settings / Appearance / Skin I only see Skin Confluence 1.1.0
Have I copied it to the wrong path ?
