It seems a little strange for submenus to be at the bottom of a page... Do you intend on having settings for that?

EDIT: Also, I see ay least two different views I don't think we've seen in your skins before? There's a "spotlight" view with single "Small Landscape" widget (the "Videos" page), and the "Lovefilm"-styled layout (the "Search" page). Are those usable for any widget/page?

The submenu is just a widget. You can put it anywhere or not at all.

The widget on videos is what happens if you only select one widget. You can use any aspect.

The love film style widget is the global fall back if you select no widget. I'm playing around with showing it on idle as a type of showcase screensaver.

Yeah I would like to have it integrated. The problem is that it seems to require reskinning fairly often due to changes in it's functionality, which is really frustrating because it really shouldn't be something that I have to redo over and over again.

I actually whipped it up for someone to use on a different skin, but you can set paths (using Skin Shortcuts) to tell it which content to display, and feed it any window XML you like We could simply add it to your repo, and make it an optional dependency

Do you think it might be worthwhile to include your own alternative to Up Next? I've definitely noticed that it changes more frequently than you'd expect, and I'm sure it's frustrating to keep making adjustments because of it.  Nevertheless, autoplaying the next episode is a core function for a media library / player, and I'm sure it'd be an appreciated inclusion.  Likewise, an integrated equivalent of Embuary Helper's 'Continue Watching' widget made to your specifications and with your expertise would be an improvement to the current Kodi experience.

Also, just noticed Kate Bush in your music section, great taste
