On most skins when you press "i" on a movie it shows info screen about the item but in this skin its missing the refresh button.
On the info screen it's the refresh symbol (third button). Look at the images for "Jessica Jones" and "Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments," it's the same dialog in whether it's movie or TV show.

Beside some troubles in installation of the skin, I have the following problem with the pvr section:
in the epg grid view a click on a show does not bring the info window up. Thus, planning of recordings is not possible. In other skins it works.
The logfile shows following error:
ERROR: unable to load:C:\Users\mrego\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\skin.arctic.zephyr.fromashes-3.2.04\16x9\DialogPVRInfo.xml, Line 0
Failed to open file
Any idea? Thank you.

Yes, you installed the skin wrong. Also, please tell me you did not get it from GitHub as 3.2.10's dev code had a partial merge with the master branch by accident. Get it any other way to get the current version.
However, the skin's folder structure is:
%AppData%\Kodi\addons
skin.arctic.zephyr.fromashes
---16x9
---Other Skin Folders (media, etc.)
---Other Skin Files (addon.xml, README.md, etc.)
You are using skin.arctic.zephyhr.fromashes-3.2.04 which is incorrect. This is appended by GitHub if that was your download source but Kodi expects the internal folder to be "skin.arctic.zephyr.fromashes." Please fix that and dowload the proper version. An update is due out today.
Quick Edit - Also, there's no "DialogPVRInfo.xml" file. There's a "DialogPVRGuideInfo.xml" but not the former.

Heads up for everyone: 3.2.10 will be released tonight (likely tomorrow for most people). I was making a few last minute additions and need to package up the textures. Also just finishing up Rotten Tomatoes on certain view points (all views will get it through future updates) as will the Info Dialog.
Here's a list of all known issues with 3.2.10 (AZ:FA Spring 2016 Update):
- Skin Helper Service Will Display an Error Toast; This Can Be Safely Ignored
- Script.Duration Remains; It is the Only Legacy Script Remaining and Will Be Removed Through Future Updates
- Rotten Tomatoes Function Does Not Work on Video Info Screen and Will Be Implemented Through Future Updates
- Rotten Tomatoes Is Missing From Certain Views; All Views Will Be Added Through Future Updates
- The "Classic" Busy Loader May Appear Instead of the "Modern" Busy Loader
- Reports from a Dev. Build Shows PVR Functionality Not Working Properly; Will Be Investigated
- Krypton support is highly experimental (Danvers - 3.9.900)
Don't worry, you won't have to wait too long for new updates. 3.2.11 will be released to add all the views for Rotten Tomatoes, 3.2.12 will add the AZ:FA Audio Suite 4.0, and color enhancements from @minus0 is an ongoing process.
Sceenshots, download links, and changelog of 3.2.10 will be posted once packaging and distribution to the Enterprise CDN and Emby Repo is complete. Due to complaints about installation, you may find the source code when released in the first post via GitHub but I will no longer supply the link in release posts. This installation method is recommended for experienced users only. All others should use the certified Enterprise CDN or Emby Repo package.

Arctic Zephyr: From Ashes' Spring 2016 Update is finally here... two days late. From Ashes' Spring 2016 Update was a major code overhaul to remove legacy scripts all of which have been removed except "script.duration" which you'll still need to download (simply find the link in the first post). Most of From Ashes' Spring 2016 Update's changes are back-end with many of the user experience functions currently disabled. The new user experience changes will be slipstreamed into AZ:FA leading up to the Autumn Update/Anniversary Update. Unfortunately, time was a factor here and I simply ran out of time (I'll be leaving on Saturday to head to CA so it was now or never).
There's a few things to note: this version of AZ:FA uses more disk space (205MB versus 119MB). This is temporary. The compression of the textures were not working for me so I had to stop trying. You may also get a Skin Helper Error when you try to change views or customize the colors. Simply update the Skin Helper Service even if you have the latest version as this will resolve the issue.
The resolution textures are temporary placeholders. They were supposed to be reverted to AZ's base indicators but somehow were missed. However, with the media textures exposed to everyone, I encourage everyone to try their hand at creating new texture designs. If there is a grouping that will fit into AZ:FA's ethos, it will become the default in lieu of AZ's base textures.
The issues with Raspberry-PI's can't be investigated by myself as I don't own one but I made a few adjustments which might resolve the issues or they might not.
This is also the first Arctic Zephyr release available for Krypton. Support is experimental!

sorry, another question is how to change the color of the plot in the "big icons" view? now is hardly readable, but i don't see the option in the colours section of the skin

ps. "color problem" solved. I discovered that "big icons" view is implemented with View_53_Poster.xml and I saw that the color for the plot was "ViewsDetailsHighlightTextColour" and then I was able to change it from the colours section. What I did also was to "add" the year of the movie / tvshow next to the title in the view replacing
<label>$INFO[ListItem.Label]</label>
with
<label>$INFO[ListItem.Label] ($VAR[LabelYear])</label>
in the same View_53_Poster.xml file.

I tried also installing it via zipfile - but keep getting the message installation failed ?

Oh good, it's not just me. Installing it "manually" by unzipping it into your Kodi folder/addons then closing and restarting does the trick.
My only real issue is that I like to disable the widgets because on my PC it tends to hang as they try to reload. I go into Skin Settings > Home Menu Settings and I go into each menu item and change Widget to None. For the movies background I choose Skin Playlist Random Movies and for TV I go Skin Playlist Random Episode so I have a nice random image when TV or movies is highlighted. Videos uses IMDB Top 50 background.
Well for some reason the other menu items still have the Spotlight Widget. I can't seem to get rid of it.
EDIT: It seems like you HAVE to change the background into one of the SkinPlaylist options to get rid of it.
