I think the problem was that when I added the source in the "this directory contains" option I selected "none" Now I have put "video clips" and it works almost perfect. The only thing that doesn't work is the change of monitor frequency according to the clip that the screensaver plays, it always stays at 60Hz which is what I have set by default. Even so, it is perfect for me, I have already read that changing the refresh rate is something impossible with this add on according to what I read a few pages ago. thank you very much again. RE: Video ScreenSaver - martinsvision - 2024-08-05 Quick question whats the difference between Random Position vrs Random Seek ?? If you configure a playlist or a multi-video folder; Random position shuffles the videos, playing order. Random seek, starts the video from random starting times. RE: Video ScreenSaver - martinsvision - 2024-08-06 Thank you !! RE: Video ScreenSaver - martinsvision - 2024-08-25 @Lunatixz Have a weird problem the screensaver was working properly and now it keeps playing the same video . And if i fast forward it to the end it locks up kodi ?? Any ideas? RE: Video ScreenSaver - cap60552 - 2024-10-24 I ran into a problem with the latest update. The screensaver no longer works and throws an error. ( https://paste.kodi.tv/uzurizifuj.kodi ) After some checking on my linux system I discovered that the path: addons/screensaver.videosaver/resources/skins/default was incorrectly named: addons/screensaver.videosaver/resources/skins/Default On windows systems this is fine, but linux is case sensitive. Renaming "Default" to "default" fixes the error. RE: Video ScreenSaver - Lunatixz - 2024-10-24 (2024-10-24, 05:40)cap60552 Wrote: I ran into a problem with the latest update. Release has lowercase folder structure. Bizarre looks like some git shenanigan's code is lowercase but my PR added as upper... I'll correct |
