Do you think it might be worthwhile to include your own alternative to Up Next? I've definitely noticed that it changes more frequently than you'd expect, and I'm sure it's frustrating to keep making adjustments because of it.  Nevertheless, autoplaying the next episode is a core function for a media library / player, and I'm sure it'd be an appreciated inclusion.  Likewise, an integrated equivalent of Embuary Helper's 'Continue Watching' widget made to your specifications and with your expertise would be an improvement to the current Kodi experience.

Also, just noticed Kate Bush in your music section, great taste Smile

I'm not that keen on maintaining my own version, particularly when the one that's available does work quite well at what it does. As frustrating as it is, it is definitely less work to reskin the dialogs on occasion.

What does the Continue Watching widget do? I couldn't see any mention of it in the Embuary Helper wiki. Is it just In-Progress?

Love Kate Bush. Hounds of Love is probably one of my top five all time favourite albums.
Makes sense, whatever's easier for you is best for us.  And I'm sorry I misspoke, I meant to say the Next-Up widget, which is a bit different than In-Progress in that it populates a widget with In-Progress episodes, or when one doesn't exist, the next unwatched episode after the last watched episode.  Each TV Show that has at least one watched or partially watched episode is allocated one slot, and when you select and watch an episode from within the widget it queues up the next episode of that show upon completion.

Here's a video of how it works in my setup:  https://streamable.com/kr86e  But being that it loads from an addon, it takes significantly longer to populate than the rest of the skin -- and significantly longer than the arctic zephyr splash screen -- so I thought a version integrated into the skin (if that's possible) might perform more seamlessly.  If I'm offbase, sorry for wasting your time.

Re Kate Bush, Hounds of Love is a classic! Only recently discovered her but I'm so glad I did, she's a true artist.

Is the preview on the right just a random content from the resulting Discover results? Could something along those lines be integrated into skin search? Are you still adding skin search features like AZ2 has? Im thinking of something where the results update "in real time"... That would be sweet Big Grin

Yeah it's the first 10 items from the discover results. You can press right to select it and scroll through.

The search from AZ2 is in the skin.

Kodi doesn't set the skin string till after it is entered, so real time search with the current method isn't possible. It might be possible to use an edit control and pull the search term from there. However, I don't know if it's a great idea - it would really thrash whatever addons are being used in the search function (it would be fine for the library though). I also suspect it would cause a significant CPU load.

I was thinking about adding a live library filter page though. Something where you would have a side panel with some filtering options and then on the right a few different lists of results (e.g. library movies / tvshows / music / addons). I'm not sure if it's feasible or not but I've got a few ideas kicking around for it.

@jurialmunkey jurialmunkey  Hi. I use AZ2 now, and I would like to help to translate to Hungarian this new skin. It's beautiful, this is my next skin on kodi Smile If you interested, please reply this post. Thank you.

The widget on videos is what happens if you only select one widget. You can use any aspect.

The love film style widget is the global fall back if you select no widget. I'm playing around with showing it on idle as a type of showcase screensaver.

If you're interested, I have made a generic screensaver add-on just for this purpose! I actually whipped it up for someone to use on a different skin, but you can set paths (using Skin Shortcuts) to tell it which content to display, and feed it any window XML you like Big Grin We could simply add it to your repo, and make it an optional dependency Smile

EDIT: I forgot to say, submenu in any position sounds great!

That sounds like it might actually be perfect for what I'm trying to do. Send me a link and I'll have a look.

Added you on GitHub, and you'll notice I took a bit of creative liberty with the name Wink

EDIT: Up to you, obviously Big Grin

RE: Arctic Horizon - emnaudin - 2020-03-09

I'm gonna wait on this to be my new main theme! Can't wait for beta

RE: Arctic Horizon - LFLR - 2020-03-10

Amazing skin as always!! I'm still with AZ2, all perfect but I'll try this when it's released for sure Tongue

Can I see the info dialog without the blur screen? Thats one of my favorite part of your skins.
And one question, would it be possible to disable the cast images in info dialog, like in AZ.

Thanks for everything!!
