I forget to mention that on Sony TV and EON box also work HDR

Hey guys. I was referred to this forum by github. hoping someone who had this issue in past may be able to help me resolve this. Just to note other videos played in kodi have no issue playing. Here is what I have and what I have done:
Describe the bug
kodi.log
When playing a video through netflix plugin with the full ESN in place I can play 1080p and 4k with no sound for a few seconds and the picture freezes. When going to the specific video sound settings and unclicking passthrough the video plays in the appropriate resolution with 2.0 dd+ sound. Video will also play when dd+ is turned off in the netflix plugin settings. Issue with passthrough. Also I don't know if it is notable in the kodi log but I can confirm that system setting "sync playback to display" is disabled and always is.
Expected behavior
Netlfix should play 4k and 1080p video and passthrough DD+ or DD Atmos on Nvidia Shield with the proper esn in place.
Actual behavior
Playing the netflix video plays no sound and video locks up but disabling passthrough in the video settings plays the video in stereo.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Start kodi
Find video in the kodi library menu
Click video to play
Video plays with no sound for 5 seconds
Video locks up
Access audio settings from within video and disable passthrough
Video plays in 1080p or 4k with 2.0 sound
Confirm system setting "sync playback to display" is disabled
Confirmed upmix OFF; passthrough ON; sync to display OFF; adjust display refresh rate ON start/stop
Removed advancedsettings.
Result is still no sound and video freezes after 5 seconds. BTW. this started out as a clean install with .kodi directory removed before the install.
I set delay for 3.0 seconds. Same status.
I turned of HDR in netlfix settings but no improvement.

Hello, I'm having a problem trying to log in from my kodi in my phone (but not, for example, in my kodi in Shield, where de credentials are just the same). Looking into the log file it seems it's something related to encoding but my knowledge is very limited, can someone help, please?

perhaps refer to libffi library
this library is also causing problems on windows with Kodi19
I suggest you to make a new post in to Kodi Windows UWP support section: https://forum.kodi.tv/forumdisplay.php?fid=282
and include a new log to do with Kodi debug enabled
