RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - Ernestoselina - 2019-05-08 yes please that would be a great idea with the color and settings is just like the Arctic zephir Leia Mod Sorry Transaktion From German Into englisch RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - jurialmunkey - 2019-05-08 (2019-05-08, 10:02)luketraceyuk Wrote: Love this skin but my movies or TV does not show up on my home screen even though enabled in home screen settings. Its like that when on a fresh install of Kodi and the skin am I missing something? Do you have movies/tvshows scanned to your library? Skinshortcuts will hide the movies and tvshows shortcuts if your library db is empty. https://github.com/BigNoid/script.skinshortcuts/blob/master/resources/docs/started/Visibility%20Conditions.md If you aren't using the movies or tvshows shortcuts for library content, then you will need to change their actions so that they don't point at the library. I wouldn't want them coloured; they look great as they are now as they don't detract from the content on the rest of the page. RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - mika91 - 2019-05-08 Just a little suggestion: I think it would be more consistent to display Home menu subitems on 'ok' long press, instead of reverse side direction button. A lot of cheap android box use remote with very few buttons, and 'ok' long press is used as a contextual/action menu. I like this behavior, even with my full buttons harmony remote. For my point of view, subitems are good candidates: short press to default action, long press to more advanced submenus. What do you think ? I'm pretty sure you could do this (at least part of it) with a custom keyboard.xml file. However, the menus are perfect as they are now. Home screen... Press up to see info on the spotlight, or press down for the sub-menu. Nothing could be simpler and it is quicker than holding a key / button to invoke a long press command. Skins have no control over what your remote does. The only actions a skin can define for on-screen elements is onclick, oninfo, onback, and directions - and in many cases kodi will even override these definitions. Even if it were possible, I think it's a bad idea to hijack the context button into doing something else - the expectation is that it opens a popup context menu, not an entirely different window. RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - BlackBadger - 2019-05-09 The seekbar/player is unresponsive when skipping around with mouse clicks in comparison to the default skin and other kodi skins. RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - Sjors125 - 2019-05-09 Is it possible to add information for each menu setting? Now it only displays info for library, miscellaneous, furniture, etc, instead of for each option. A lot of options are of course obvious in what they do, but some are a bit unclear (like i.e. furniture - section name; or furniture - clear logo). I have no idea where to look or what has been changed when I (un)tick these boxes.
