I got hooked on Valheim earlier this year and was later on recommended Vikings. I'm currently at the end of season 5 - great show, but peaked at probably season 3.

Just got around to Identity 2003, begins with a mystery, turns into a thriller with action and then the fun happens. I'm still not sure I got the entire plot twist but it's a segmented story within a story, might have to watch this one again just for the ending.
