All I can suggest is that you delete from the library all the movies in your set and rescrape them back into the library. Make sure you don't have any nfo files.
Ensure you have debug mode running in case it still does not work correctly, and provide the Debug Log.

Actually, the downloaded plot from TMDB will be english language, but I've configured cz-cs in the addon settings.
I Found recommendation reset cz-cs in media source. But there is not such a option.

I noticed yesterday that ratings from IMDb are not scraped anymore. Can anyone test if this is universal? If it's just me, I'll post a debug log.

I have a little problem with using movie Sets artwork from themoviedb. Although I set language everywhere to german / de-de I don't get german movie set posters. Everything else for this movie set is german. Is there any possibility to set the language for movie set posters from themoviedb to german? Also I can't select german movie set posters manually, I only see english posters.

Here, for example, Lord of the Rings collection, I can't get any of the german movie set posters
And it doesn't work for any Movie Set in my libary

UMS + Imdb is borked somehow, scraping a new movie will only list Studio, Runtime and MPAA Rating (if available). Everything else is just missing. Which is pretty terrible.
Imdb just revamped their web pages, did they also revamp API or does UMS parse the pages?

My understanding is we parse the pages as API access requires payment, so if there's been layout changes at IMDB then that is likely the issue.

The worst is that the new page layout is used randomly (rolling release?), trying with several different pc/browser combinations haven't been able to figure out any kind of rule when will the new (unparseable) layout be used, and when the old one. And the same with the mobile site m.imdb.com never know which one you'll get.
If you only have 1 pc and 1 ip address you might even be left under the impression that nothing's changed, should your case still be served with the old layout. Please do experiment, you should see the reality soon.

Is there anyone who can reproduce the imdb issue most of the times?
For me the current scraper is working like 99% of the cases.
I am actually almost done with a scraper version for the new layout, but it will not work in 99% of the cases
