I never toggled the watched flag for that episode in kodi, only on trakt.tv.

Nope, in fact v1 is far far worse. Waiting for the day they kill it, so v2 can use all power they have. They split them server wise already as v1 was doing less work but needed almost all of the power...

You might need to post a log. I am sure it is better than "half works". I am quite pleased with the way it works. IMO it is ready (or damned near) for a final/stable release.

Thats not going to be in the initial version. To my knowlegde it wasn't working before I took it over. Anyway there is already a ticket.

I just completed a full sync, it took over an hour but synced just over 4,200 new watched episodes since I last attempted it and 113 films. Also reflected on my trakt account. That's using the latest dev version.

like i said, no worries here just providing fyi, interest factor if nothing else;-), why would it throw a username/password error on what appeared to be a timeout, anyway have a look and let me know if you want any more information, i captured a log after receiving the 'could not connect' error message as well so i have a log of both instances if you want to compare
didnt want to clutter github with another issue until you had a chance to determine if there is an actual issue, let me know if anything interesting comes of it, thx

OK, so I realized I still needed to install 3.x.x so I went with the dev release. and said download zip.
I then installed requests and six. If I look, beautifulsoup, httplib2, mechanize, python image library and simplejson are also installed.
I then uninstalled trakt, copied my new zip, installed from zip and rebooted. When I look, my settings were saved, so it had my userid and password and such. I updated my library and nothing.

can you have a look at the dialog again? the episode name and rating level is quiete hard to read on my tv.
Zoom in and you will see the shadow is kinda messing things up on the qhite background.

So some decent news in that despite the above error, it seems like things are updating. Marked a show watched and it appeared watched now on trakt which it wasn't doing before. This also translated properly to my plex server, so that's a plus too.

So far it's working very well on my productive infrastructure. The only tiny bit I'm missing, the script tries over and over to sync 8 movies to trakt, I had the same with tv shows, where nfos and stuff wheren't proper I could sort that out easy. The debug log for the tvshow part is much more detailed. The debug log for movies show me only this two lines, is this correct and not implemented?

one question though: does the v3 handle appropriately double episodes? (meaning: two episodes in one video file) that includes marking both of them as seen and asking to rate them both?
