RE: YouTube - phyrros1 - 2024-03-08 (2024-03-08, 11:21)phyrros1 Wrote: I updated to 7.0.3.2 yesterday. Since this version of the add-on skipping does not seem to work as it used to (at least on a Firecube). Never mind..figured it out. InputStream Adaptive was enabled. After I disabled it skipping worked as it used to…. What is InputStream Adaptive for anyway? RE: YouTube - phyrros1 - 2024-03-08 you could try to turn off InputStream Adaptive in the plug-in setting…. RE: YouTube - Chevymudnut - 2024-03-09 I added it and installed the update now I get and error that the api keys have been suspended RE: YouTube - groschi2 - 2024-03-09 (2024-03-08, 20:14)phyrros1 Wrote: you could try to turn off InputStream Adaptive in the plug-in setting…. Great! Thank you.! It works fine! RE: YouTube - commander_keen - 2024-03-09 As noted here 7.0.2 is broken: https://github.com/anxdpanic/plugin.video.youtube/issues/616 (2024-03-07, 23:58)Nanomani Wrote: All link and zip are good for me from here :Confirmed. Manual installation of the latest release fixes it. Hopefully it will be pushed to the official repo soon. RE: YouTube - MaxMustermann - 2024-03-09 For those who already updated manually: Do you also experience a slow down compared to 7.0.2.2, e.g. when listing a channel? I'm currently using 7.0.2.2 again with this patch https://github.com/anxdpanic/plugin.video.youtube/issues/587#issuecomment-1961212166 and a manual adaptation of https://github.com/anxdpanic/plugin.video.youtube/commit/3b83a6619736ac0f9e940e6a70c0f806f06bfaf0 to the old structure. This also allows me to keep my search history. RE: YouTube - warning - 2024-03-09 Dear experts, Could you please help me understand why I have this situation? Kodi Addon Repository 3.3.1 shows YouTube addon version 7.0.2.2, but if I go to Github, I can download the 7.0.3.2? I’m sorry if I ask something obvious! Thanks! RE: YouTube - superdesi - 2024-03-10 Thanks for mentioning the alpha 7. I had the same issue but was running v18.9 Leia since I found no reason to upgrade. Installed the latest v20.5 and YT 7.0.3.2 which ran quite well but I had no subtitles. Downgraded to 7.0.0 and YT broke. Alpha was the sweet spot. RE: YouTube - warning - 2024-03-10 I’m sorry, but my question was about the version differences. RE: YouTube - TheMeddlingMonk - 2024-03-10 (2024-03-09, 20:15)warning Wrote: Dear experts,I think it's simply that the Kodi addon repository hasn't been updated with the latest build. Unfortunately that means that the only way to update at the moment (and get a functional version) is to download and install the Zip from the github repo. RE: YouTube - Bindou - 2024-03-10 Cool, it works perfectly again with a manual installation of the latest version. However, by manually installing this version, will automatic updates continue? RE: YouTube - Nanomani - 2024-03-10 (2024-03-10, 15:17)Bindou Wrote: Cool, it works perfectly again with a manual installation of the latest version. The answer is no You must check manually if there is a new version from public repo. If there is a new version you can install this version then automatic update start again RE: YouTube - Bindou - 2024-03-10 Ok, thanks Nanomani ! RE: YouTube - sven86 - 2024-03-10 Hi, I got the latest from github (7.0.3.2) and was able to do a search but was unable to watch any videos. I checked my log and it said it was a 400 - bad request error. Using osmc with pi 4. https://paste.kodi.tv/niwizusuge |
