If I press and hold the back button on my Nvidia Shield remote, I get into the exit menu. For the Windows pc its the keyboard backspace key...
Maybe your back button also works this way.

Been trying this out the past week, a few suggestions.
Menu Horizontal
If I go to skin settings and toggle icon only on and off. When I exit back there is no navigation bar in the middle. Pressing left and right lets me cycle through movies, shows, settings, etc. Pressing up makes it return and stay.
It looks cleaner without the menu there could there be an option to hide the menu
Also, could the sub menu be centered (like how the context menu is shown)
TV Show view:
I have hide watched episodes yet all seasons shows every episode along with seasons where I watched a few episodes.
View Types
Square list view in add-ons shows the title of the add-on at the top.
When you click on the add-on the square list here shows the date, not the name like before. Seems a bit inconsistent.
Also, YouTube plugin only has the open for landscape list (seems to be the same)
Could there be a view type like what you see when you press down when in landscape row?
A Horizontal Wall view if you will.
When looking at YouTube videos don't care about the top part of Landscape Row. Yeast I can press down but it's an extra step. I want to be greeted with lots of vides not just 4.
Right now I been using Landscape Wall but don't like going left to right.

I do remember trying out something like that but I think I ended up deciding it didn't look quite right.
Maybe making the divider "shadow" less transparent would look good

1- In my menu to activate additional ratings there is no Top 250 IMDB. As you can see in the image I have all the ratings activated.
2- The image with John Travolta that you can see is edited with "photoshop". The movie poster actually appears.

Was having a play with this idea earlier today and I'm not sure why I thought it looked bad when I tried it out previously - maybe I only tested it with blur or didn't have the shadow line enabled. With blur or overlay background it looks a bit average, but with the vignette background the opaque divider with the shadow looks quite nice! I've added an option on latest github master.

1. Good idea. Been a bit busy lately, but I'll look at implementing this when I have some time.
2. It was working but it looks like it stopped recently. I'm currently rewriting TMDbHelper, so I will be sure to fix this in the upcoming (re)release.
3. Big poster is always the poster for the base movie/show - otherwise there is no way to know what the lists are based off. Plus the dialog with the lists is actually a separate dialog on top of the main info dialog where the big poster is - so it makes it very difficult to change the big poster based on the item in the list.
