Tested the skin that is on the kodi repo (2.3.5) and I don't have any error on the Cards view, but when I update to 2.3.8 it has a bug

EDIT-found the problem.
if you remove this line on the LabelPlotBox

it all works great. don't know if skinhelper has some bug. On some content the plot "flashes". I have the latest version of skinhelper

those categories only are filled at an episode level. that's not a bug, just isn't needed at an tvshow and season levels

You are correct, i assumed data should be available.some skins decide to show if it is a returning series or last aired

BTW: The option is "Media Flag with Text". Is it possible to remove the SD/HD Icon as a quick fix?

OSD: Movie Descrition (when enabled) start directly scrolling *FIXED*

When the movie descrition in enabled in the osd (when movie is paused), they directly start to scroll and the first Line is not possible to read. In the Movie information there is a short pause, before it starts to scroll. Is it possibe to build in this pause in the OSD?

hello, after the changes that you made two days ago, the cards view works great, but now there is a problem with the list view with the "show plot" option enable. I guess you need to add !Control.IsVisible(50) on the conditions. maybe there was a problem before but i'm only using the show plot now to test some views that I'm making for AEL. The banner view too - 54

I don't have that issue. maybe you have a outdated version of the skin. the skin in the kodi repo is outdated (2.3.5) on GitHub is 2.3.8. I have the GitHub version. Technically in my case should return UHD instead of 4K, but kodi infolabel doesn't differentiate them.

I believe there is a bug with the music OSD when the option "always show osd" is enable. if the lyrics are enable too, first the user need to press backwards so he can use the osd buttons (the lyrics disappear). I believe the problem is the onload of the OSD on the top of the visualization and the lyrics code come only after that so it's superimposed. Already use zorder, but didin't help.

Yeah the always show osd option is a little buggy (that's why its not enabled by default).
Lyrics always steals focus, the only real solution is to create a replica of the osd within the lyrics window, which is a real pain!

When the home menu style is "featured" or "classic", when we open the infopage there is a bug. On the other hand the vertical style works but the header don't change, don't know if it's supposed too, like on tvshows or movies, and the tracklist (skinhelper function) doesn't appear.
Tried this in order to make skinhelper work on widgets, but it only returns data on tvshows and movies, so the tracklist is still empty

@KODser - should be fixed now. Your problem with the widgetcontainer is because you are specifying the wrong id - its 301 not 510
Although track list from skin helper is not working for me either in the library or in the widget atm, so I can't test that.

I'm sorry, I actualy put 301. Another thing I believe that you need to put these on the home.xml too (or maybe not xD)

The skinhelper traklist still doesn't work on the widgets and the sknhelper MusicArt doesn't work either. probably a skinhelper problem because for tvshows and movies it works

My favorite off all!

However, i got an issue where,
when i turn on the auto update and show notification features
From settings/system/addons

Well, upon boots or reboots,
When going in settings/addons
and making the drop down menu appear,
We clearely see that those 2 options aren't checked...

So even if i check them Both from from that drop down menu,
And reboot,
When i go back in settings/addons
and make the drop down menu appear,
Both options are again unchecked..

So my addons never update..

Possible fix? Thx for your work!!
