I know your not using the live-TV part in kodi but I want to ask anyway.
When I open the PVR info dialog I can see the landscape art, which is coming from my tvheadend-epg source.
Is there maybe a simple trick so I can see it also in the "all channels" widget instead of the channel icon?

Many thanks.

I'll try to have a look at these PVR things soon I promise! Just been busy with TMDbHelper v4

In the recently added section, when you view a movie it dissapears from this section. Is this intended?

Yeah the NewMovies/Episodes playlists included with the skin have a rule where playcount = 0. To get recently added widget without hide watched just point the widget at the standard library node for recently added instead.

Hey jurial I dont know what you think about this view from the new google tv UI but I find it pretty sleek. It looks like a maximized landscape aspect. You think its possible to achieve in kodi and/or integrate it in the skin?

Looks an awful lot like the Lovefilm aspect if you ask me Big Grin

LOL the lovefilm aspect is alright... Maybe too much space for descriptions. Landscape is the best aspect and if we get also a bigger size one it would look pretty damn good. Trust me on this one lol

RE: Arctic Horizon - seehazy - 2020-10-25

Some of the hub views from the Aeon skin (specifically "Big Posters" and "Lovefilm") look really great in my opinion and would go well with this skin. If not likely to be added in the future, is it possible to add these views myself?

RE: Arctic Horizon - toredge - 2020-10-25

Just wanted to make one small suggestion...

On the Movies and TV Shows main screens, I'm using the Recently Added widget.
When opened, Kodi is set to auto-update the library, which it does after a few seconds.
After the screen refreshes, the new items are added to the left of the item that was previously the first item in the list. It stays highlighted (or in focus) and the new items are on the left of it, running offscreen.

Is there a way to get the focus to automatically jump to the first item in the list after the library refresh, without needing to back/exit out of that screen and come back in? Thanks!

1. As others have said, I'm busy with work and TMDbHelper v4
2. I'm not a big PVR user, and the PVR I use doesn't have thumbnails of shows. I haven't had time to look into how Embuary provides that feature.
3. You've already been answered about how to set In-Cinema etc. widgets -- in Embuary these come from the Embuary Info addon. You can also get similar widgets from TMDbHelper.
Hi, sorry didnt know that u were busy with tmdbhelper v4

Ok point 2, maybe in the future when u have time
3. i know about the in cinema stuff, and i can get similar from tmdbhelper

thx mate, will just have to wait then for the pvr widgets, np

However, I have no idea how to do that... I tried to look in the widgets, submenu but I couldn't figure out what I should do to make these buttons appear. Could anyone help me to figure this out, or point me to the guide where I can learn how to customize it ?
I guess I figured it out... So, as far as I understand, this is a "Hub" view. So, I can create different shortcuts in the submenu and each shortcut will be pointing towards the specified widget. On this screenshot, apparently, Title plays the role of the shortcut which points towards the widget with movies. AFAIK, there is no way to show this buttons on the home-screen widgets (correct me if I'm wrong).

No it's not a hub. This is the standard library view.

No you can't have the buttons on a home screen widget.

Appreciate your reply. Unfortunately I don’t have this option and I’m running the latest version of the skin/Kodi. Under “character set” it jumps to the “Download Services” subcategory.

Any idea?

Hello
How do I get rid of this in Arctic Horizon skin?
Image
As you see it shows all of this which I don't want to see as it makes it look cluttered, Id much rather see the cast photos. I have tried turning off the online info but unfortunately didn't work. Thanks for anything

Cast, crew etc is on a seperate window, you need to scroll down to see them. I'm pretty sure there is no way to show them in this window since it was changed a few versions ago. You could install an old version of the skin with this functionality is you really wanted to, but I don't think there's any way to do what you want in the current version.

RE: Arctic Horizon - Thebatfink - 2020-10-26

Hi, when clicking on a poster inside widgets for example recently added movies, the movie starts to play. Is it possible to instead make single click go to information view instead of play movie?! Does this option already exist and I’m just not seeing it?

Try the Kodi setting: Settings/Media/Videos/Default select action->Show information.
