Currently running ember 1.3.0.7 but would like to update so I can get my actor thumbs in order.

This is not only a fix, is a complete package with all files for a fresh install or you can overwrite all exeisting files if you have min. 1.3.0.7 installed.

i'm using fix4 and when i scrape a movie, it only retrieves the small poster size and small fanart size instead of the x-large size. i used the themoviedb.org and movieposterdb scrapers. can someone test this out?

thanks!

same problems it only retrieves the small poster size and small fanart size in movies

RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - GreenOnyx - 2013-01-24

I ran into the small poster and fanart today (using brodrick's master which I've modified for myself locally), so this isn't something unique to the fix. What's odd is if I scrape forcing the best match it loads OK. As soon as I have to select the movie, which forces selection of the art, or re-scrape, which also forces selection of the art, they're small. If I mark the movie and tell the entire library to scrape forcing best match things loaded fine. I haven't looked into it yet.

For Blu-ray and VIDEO_TS folder structures I didn't have any luck in Frodo with <movie>-fanart.jpg (or poster), but <movie>.nfo seemed to work. My guess is that this will be fixed but for now I've made modifications on my personal code's side that handle Blu-ray and VIDEO_TS nfo/jpg names properly and stores them in the proper directory unlike XBMC's export/expectation.

I've been ill this week but if those changes would be helpful to others I'll see if I can get them pushed/pulled for others to take advantage of this weekend. No central repository has been pretty painful.

Looks as if TMDB resolved the issues.
TMDB seems to have changed the image server.
I'll take care of as soon as possible to adapt.

Ember v1.3.0.7 fix 4.2:

- added new TMDB image server (\Modules\scraper.EmberCore.dll)

Check my signature for download links.

Ok this is a complete package - when I unrar it I get all files but none are in the relevant folders? Does this make sense

Copy all files from subfolder "Ember_1.3.0.7 fix 4.2" in to the main directory of installed Ember.

Thankyou - just rescraping the actors now (have used ember for a long time now) and am glad of the support here (Although the problem was user based) LOL

Doesn't happen for me using Ember_1.3.0.7_fix4.2

FYI if you don't want small posters you shouldn't have the "movieposterdb" selected in the first place as your only ever get small posters from that site, large posters require membership and points and this isn't something ember supports.
