I've been trying to implement this into the KodiFlix media flags, but everything I've tried so far crashes the skin.

This has already been discussed a few pages before:
The code is ListItem.Ratings[(name)] (name=tomatometerallcritics) but only works in dialogvideoinfo.xml
Stands in the wiki and tried myself: https://kodi.wiki/view/InfoLabels
SkinHelper ratings (if aviable) and main rating (ListItem.Rating) are working on every view but extended ratings -> ListItem.Ratings[(name)] working only on dialogvideoinfo.xml
Bad chances to get extended ratings on normal views without SkinHelper... also bad chances that in Leia it will work... i saw no changes in skinning engine so far.

Deleting 'simplecache.db' does not sort the problem.
Do skin helper scripts just run in the background or can I change their settings?

Make sure you reboot after deleting simplecache. Ensure you have API entered in manage dependicies. After reboot leave a few minutes in library for info to populate.

As of my hardware is not handling Leia's audio en video very well, (yet) i got back on krypton. I did a fresh install of the aeon mq7 mod and after that i copied all the files to there respective flders from the zip of the multi mod. Everything seemed good. There is only one thing and i have been search for topart or top art, but can not find it.
I can see the topart in the info dialog of a tv series or movie. But as soon i go full screen there is no top art, only middle art. I have all the art. Can not figure out why it is not working. it is driving me crazy, someone else had this problem maybe, and knows a solution, very welcome, i am out of energy. Great skin btw.
I have all the art.
I selected banner and logo, for topart and middle art.
But the topart is not shown, and i can not figure out why.
It is the same for the pause menu. Only the middle art is showing.
Am i forgetting a setting somewhere ?

Good catch...you just found an old bug! That's been broken for a long time and I never noticed it. I had to add a bunch of code to fix the Dialogue Top Art a while back and I never thought about it affecting other areas that use the same setting. I have a fix and will include it in the next update.

I'm running Kodi using latest stable Libreelec. I can only access 'simplecache db' via SSH using WINSCP on my Windows PC. When I delete it I then reboot Libreelec then wait...is this the correct method?
I am unsure what you are suggesting regarding entering the API?
I access ‘Manage Dependencies’ under (System / system settings / Add-ons). When I select ‘Manage Dependencies’ what dependency am I looking for to ensure the API is entered?

You need to get a free omdb api key here
http://www.omdbapi.com/apikey.aspx
Then enter the key in manage dependicies --> API --> omdp API
Then delete simple cache reboot and wait for info to populate.
If that doesn't work check you have latest version of skin helper. The Kodi add-on store may have an outdated version of skin helper so you need to install latest beta.

I have another thing i can not figure out. I used to have all the furniture on the screen when playing fullscreen audiio. The cover and spinning cd would be there andd the info and banner thingy. It was always there, but since the fresh install and latest version, when i play music, go fullscreen after a few seconds, all the furniture is gone, only the banner thingy popping up, now and then, is there a setting somewhere to have all the furniture on screen all the time whjile playing music ?
Oh and also i have set lyrics to off, in the fullscreen settings menu when playing music, but still lyrics are shown... Hmm. Most of the time these lyrics are not correct or display to slow or have weird texts and words in them, like "this lyric was created by the african.swallow team", these are things i do not want my kids to see.
In the main menu no art is displayed, maybe it has to do with the topart not showing, i do not know:

Maybe i need to change a setting in one of the few settings, but i do not know which one.

Hmm...@defleppard is having the same problem on the Leia Mod thread. I've gone through all the settings, but I can't see anything that would make the furniture behave that way. I'll keep looking.
You just found another bug. The default lyrics were not set to hide when you turned lyrics off. It's now fixed and will be part of the next update.

In Aeon nox spin, when installing the first time, and only once there comes up a notice about the furniture and information, but i do not know or how to read this, but it says after 10 seconds the info will be gone, and after that you can do something turn something off, and indeed when selecting info the second time, it will display info all the time.
Here is the notice:
Maybe someone knows how or what ? After doing this in aeon nox 5 spin, the info stays fullscreen, going back to the aeon mq7 multimod skin, also the furniture stays shown in fullscreen ! Even after changing different layout in settings, an even after closing kodi en restarting kodi in aeon mq 7 multi mod skin.

Hmm...sounds like it's a global setting. This one has me stumped. I don't see anywhere in MusicVisiualisation.xml where it is hiding the furniture...it's either on or off.
