RE: YouTube - justchekin - 2024-06-26 I've seen the 21.4.10 version of Adaptive Inputstream effect not only Youtube, but also Hulu and MLB.TV. The symptoms are the same with all of them with this version of the add-on (when attempting to play a stream, Kodi will crash). I too had to go back to version 21.4.9 to resolve this matter. RE: YouTube - StodgyWaif - 2024-06-26 I downloaded the InputStream 21.4.9 package from here which fixed the issue for me: https://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/omega/inputstream.adaptive+windows-x86_64/inputstream.adaptive-21.4.9.zip?mirrorlist RE: YouTube - JNRW - 2024-06-26 At the risk of becoming a bore my YouTube (v7.0.8) live streams run perfectly, if a little slow to start, with InputStream Adaptive disabled. RE: YouTube - icerno78 - 2024-06-26 I am using the Youtube Addon to watch the movie trailers when selecting the information panel from a movie. In the past i had Kodi running on an Android TV Box but switched now to a Windows 11 Mini PC. No data was copied from Android to Windows, clean new install. When i want to watch a trailer now, Kodi crashes and is closing itself. I have a crash.dmp file. Can anyone help with this problem? RE: YouTube - icerno78 - 2024-06-26 Just found that solution with tat input stream to version 21.4.9. works now again. RE: YouTube - pcextreme - 2024-06-26 Having the same problem on my windows 10 installations ( x64 and x86 ) ... The same config ( copyed the "portable_data" folder ). The problem started after inputstream.adaptive updated to 21.4.10 If I dont use inputstream.adaptive I can play YouTube videos but in a very low resolution. On my windows 11 and android installations everything works using the leatest inputstream.adaptive. RE: YouTube - Doktor-X - 2024-06-26 New beta v7.0.9+beta.1 not working cant open any channel or stream with this Ps Cant even open addon RE: YouTube - superdesi - 2024-06-27 As of a few days ago, all of my videos playback at 480p. It was working fine without any issues. Running 7.0.5 version. RE: YouTube - JNRW - 2024-06-27 (2024-06-27, 17:49)superdesi Wrote: As of a few days ago, all of my videos playback at 480p. It was working fine without any issues. Running 7.0.5 version. First, try updating to 7.0.9 from GitHub and second see what happens if you then disable InputStream Adaptive. RE: YouTube - ashlar - 2024-06-27 I have a personal API key created and set up oauth for limited devices/tv. I still get invalid client/unauthorised error 401 when trying to sign in. Using 7.0.5 from the repository. Any suggestions? Without sign in videos are playing back, from Trending or searching. RE: YouTube - OzDrDj - 2024-06-28 Problems at the moment seem to be related to Input Stream Adaptive 21.4.10 Go back to 21.4.9, seems to fix. RE: YouTube - devilledham - 2024-06-29 Can anyone tell me what the easiest way is for me to send a youtube video link from a browser on my PC (Firefox if it makes a difference) to Kodi running on my HTPC?? I can control Kodi on the HTPC in my browser, but can't see an easy way to make it play a particular youtube video that I have in another tab. Usually I add it to my Watch Later list and then manually go to Watch Later on the HTPC, but is there a way I can both send it to Kodi and start playing from the browser immediately? RE: YouTube - pcextreme - 2024-06-29 "Problems at the moment seem to be related to Input Stream Adaptive 21.4.10 Go back to 21.4.9, seems to fix." There was a similar problem with pvr.stalker and phunkyfish wrote to try to install https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 , because the addon was probably built with the newer runtime. After installing it, the latest versions of "pvr.stalker" and "inputstream.adaptive" started to work on my Windows 10 x86 and x64 installations ... RE: YouTube - Tim22 - 2024-06-30 Problems at the moment seem to be related to Input Stream Adaptive 21.4.10 youtbue plugin: beta v7.0.9+beta.1 I had the same kodi crashes after updating to the new Input Stream. Installing the lates x64 c++ Redistributable solved my Problem. the youtube plugin works now. RE: YouTube - OzDrDj - 2024-07-01 Good To Know Guys, Think I'll Try a Complete New Build Today. |
