The problem you are experiencing appears to be an issue with InputStream.Adaptive not correctly switching video streams after its initial bandwidth test is completed. Only one other person had reported a similar issue, and I though that it was because InputStream.Adaptive was switching to a different Representation using a different codec, but within the same AdaptationSet. Disabling InputStream.Adaptive avoids the issue because you use ffmpeg to load the live streams instead.
Please open an issue on Github, need more testing to determine whether it is actually related to the initial video switch after the bandwidth test or a more general issue.

If you are absolutely sure that you are using the correct OAuth details (it is a common problem - you will need to create new credentials of the correct type and ensure that the new credentials are using in the plugin, not the old ones that may be the incorrect type), then you may simply not have authorised access for the personal project that you created.
A debug log may provide greater details as to what the actual problem is.

In addition to send2kodi there is also https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/castkodi/
I think using send2kodi for YouTube won't actually involve this plugin, for better or worse (likely to be slower, only play the progressive video streams, previously limited to <720p but now even lower quality, and won't integrate with any user account related functions i.e. history, rating, watch later etc.)

This happens when I play a video on YouTube on my RasPi ... it then effects the entire Kodi add-on ... doesn't happen with any other video program (used Twitch and Rumble with no issues)
anyone else having this issue?
(update) - this seems to have resolved itself?) - if anyone know what may have caused this (and only on YouTube videos) please post in case it happens again ...

A video plugin can't really be the cause of something like that. Seems like more of a hardware issue. Maybe a memory allocation issue? In any case nothing can be determined from just a photo.

In case people aren't aware, changes that are made with YouTube generally happen progressively after some amount of initial testing and may be different depending on a number of different factors. What you may personally experience may be completely different to someone else, so if you have a problem you need to provide sufficient detail of what that problem is. Being cryptic about things achieves nothing.
That being said, there hasn't been any new update that impacts the operation of this plugin if it is configured properly.

Other things I meant such as other sites platforms software etc etc it’s not just here fo example smart tube was effected working now so is internet downloder both had 403 error codes

Yep, FreeTube, SmartTube, JDownloader, among others was affected, they are all working now.

Do you have a problem with this plugin not working? Or are you just commenting about other YouTube clients in general and not this plugin?
There haven't been changes that prevented playback in this plugin for quite some time afaik.
