airplay is working fine for me with ios9. i want to update to ios10. is there a known problem with ios10 and kodi-airplay?

same as ios9 for me. audio works, video doesn't.

I've found that using mirroring360's software works decently alongside with Kodi, as it works as an overlay and as such does not disrupt Kodi in fullscreen mode.
Doesn't stop any media Kodi is playing when you start streaming over airplay, but that's a minor inconvenience.
Until they can remedy this issue with AirPlay in Kodi itself, that's my best suggestion at the time being.

I have not found the application for IOs. I have an iPad and want to watch on my TV

I tried to, it seems it can work as trial but I get these errors in logs:

...same here. I'm with a ipad2 and a iphone 4s ios 9.3.5, and I think it was a really good feature of kodi . It's one of the main reasons for me to use libreelec. I knew about the feature dissapearing because of ios9, but I have to install anyway on my devices because many programs are not working on ios 7 anymore. So, I have to choose and loose airplay on my tv with the raspberry with the update

It seems to me the reason why it isn't working is because the dev didn't actually release a linux version of the library "airplaymediaserver.so" along with his add-on. I modified the code to look for the library. If anyone has the library built for the raspi, do throw it my way so I can test it out!
--Also, others have been talking about this being not open sourced and having some issues with GPL licensing iirc. Soo.... I'm not sure if i'm even allowed to do this :/

strange, tried again and now it works with ios 10.2

I can stream music using my mac (10.11.6) but I cannot use AirPlay on any iOS device (10.2), Kodi is not recognized in the airplay tab of the music app or in any safari video.
