A:Z unfortunately does‘t support touch and 4:3.
No sorry.

Different aspects require almost remaking the entire skin. Skin is designed for use on a tv with a remote.

Any chance of centralising the menu? I generally have very few items on the main menu like "All Movies" "HD Movies" "4K Movies" and "TV Series". It always looks more uniform and appealing when there's minimal options to have them centred, rather than off to one side.

As with everyone else - absolutely love A:Z, and after being forced to Kodi 18 on my Shields and not having this skin, I'm eagerly awaiting it. For now, I'm using Aura - Love your work.

Cheers,

Mungo

Where would the clock go?

That's the umpteenth time I'm reading "... as AZ is not available for Leia"
It works perfectly fine with a recent Leia github branch.

I did think of that when checking the current pics of the home page. Initial thought would be to leave the clock and weather icons in their current position, but limit the amount of homepage items with the ability to scroll/cycle through for those that don't fit? I'd assume that functionality would be there already for those that went the opposite way and have more items on the home page than fits neatly in the current area.

Another idea would be to potentially have an option to move the clock / weather to the top header bar?

Not a designer, just a few off the top ideas. No idea if they'd blend with your vision.

Cheers,

Mungo

And I, probably much like the majority, have 0 desire to piss around with anything that isn't available on the default repository, more-so on Android / nVidia shield installs. As far as I'm concerned, If it's not on the Kodi repository - it's not available. Happy using Aura for now, but eagerly awaiting A:Z2 Smile

I think you missed this.
What about ExtendedInfo features in A:Z 2?

Can‘t wait for an release.
Thanks for all the work you do.

In A:Z your „integrated“ xml‘s for ExtendedInfo doesn‘t provide all what is available in estuary with native ExtendedInfo dialogs.

I'm still trying to come up with a solution for keywords/tags, but all other features like trailers, videos, artwork, similar movies etc are supported currently

AZ's Github literally contains the source of everything that goes into Kodi repositories. But I get your point. Just wanted to make you aware that "pissing around" barely takes 2 mins but at least we agree on AZ2 being a worthy substitute for AZ once released - one way or the other.

PS: I'm a Shield TV user myself and all I did was plugging in a USB stick with the zip from git and "install from zip file".

Now this - is handy knowledge to have :-). Thanks. I'm new to any other OS than Windows for HTPC, and even the "easy" stuff still takes twice as long, if not more to achieve, purely because I've never done it before. In this instance, I was willing to wait, rather than spend time finding out how to achieve installing stuff that isn't available direct in the GUI, as I know A:Z2 is on its way. In the long term - I will be making the effort though 'cause words cannot describe how much I love the Shields.

Anywhoo, thanks for the info - probably should let this thread get back on track :-)

RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - allard1992 - 2019-02-19

PVR guide looks really good. Is it possible to add a timeline on the guide? Like the mytvonline guide for the Formuler tv boxes or like the UPC guide.

@allard1992 - Oops! Forgot to re-enable it before taking the screenshot. Here it is:

Looks so good. And works also very well what I can see. I've a lot of groups also with my vod section. I love it fullscreen without any preview view. If you're looking for PVR beta testersWink

I was hoping for something more along the lines of this, not sure I like the idea of swiping for additional artwork and a page specifically for just the CD art
