That's not really how widgets work in this skin. The reason you're seeing plot beneath is because you have a single widget, but if you add more widgets, you'll see more content and no plotbox.

Skin doesn't control the resolution of the artwork. All my artwork looks fine.

There will be some options coming soon to switch between the different widget styles for next aired (i.e. poster, landscape, small landscape).

Also, you can turn off the geometric pattern in Skin Settings > Miscellaneous   

Turned off geometric pattern, still not convinced about the border. Looking forward to the different widget styles

No. There needs to be an icon there because the text in fixedwidth is centered and it looks strange without something to anchor it to the left margin.

Options to customise what widgets show with the search glass will be coming eventually. As well as an option to switch what the icon does (e.g. switch it with power menu or settings).

Unzip this https://www.dropbox.com/s/3ftprgst5av3fn2/fonts.zip?dl=1 and replace the fonts folder in Addons > AZ2. I'm still working on finding symbols that fit because the font didnt come with numbers or symbols but all the ones necessary for the skin are there.

You also don't need to replace all of them, you can replace one file at a time in the fonts folder and see what each one changes but. I left the descriptions in the original font because it's much easier to read but you can change that as well if you want. Make sure you change use "Faune" font in description boxes otherwise they'll be difficult to read

This is completely dependent on the add-on that is feeding the widget. In your case, I believe the add-on you're using has a setting to keep that from happening.
