RE: [RELEASE] Cinema Experience - the new Home Theater Experience Script - Kolmain - 2013-01-17
Has anyone managed to get it working with the DSPlayer edition of XBMC?
I'd really just like the dynamic streaming trailers- it's the perfect touch! I'm currently using FrodoRC3+DSPlayer but I'd go back to Eden for this

A few things that are different.
- No more Auto-Refresh adjustment -> the access to the setting was removed in Frodo
- No Screensaver disabling during trivia Slide Show -> the access to the setting was removed in Frodo
- No Vox Commando Integration - Current method was removed in Frodo.

I just tried out the script and everything seemed to work very nicely.
The only problem I experienced is, after the movie finished, it was no longer in my library. Even going to Videos -> Files, the folder was no longer showing up, though the files and everything are still on disc if I check through Windows Explorer. Even after running a library update, the movie is no longer in my library or available to add to my library.
EDIT: The only way I managed to readd it (after rebooting and updating the library several times, as well as cleaning the database), was moving the movie to a different folder name, which was then recognized by XBMC.

There is nothing in the script that should cause this.. The script only retrieves information from the database(Library) and assembles a playlist. I would need to see a full debug log to have any idea what is happening...

Dumb question, but I've gone through dozens of pages tonight on this topic...
Can the automation options for CE (script functions, etc) be sent to an outboard EventGhost server?
I want to run OpenElec, but I would need to run an outboard EG server connected to Homeseer (or similar) elsewhere in the house.

Hi thanks for the frodo update it works great but I have one problem I can´t use localy stored trailer. I play a movie and the movie starts with the feature presentation.

love the program and the idea but not sure if its working right when i hit the cineama button it plays the set file but when its done it doesent start the movie it takes me back to the poster selection screen. Is this normal. btw im running circus on eden on windows.
