Rename the files and change the settings in Ember. RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - m.savazzi - 2013-02-24 Where is the new TMDB scraper? I've not seen it in the list of new features. m RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - mardup - 2013-02-24 (2013-02-23, 14:03)m.savazzi Wrote:(2013-02-23, 12:54)DanCooper Wrote:(2013-02-23, 12:49)mardup Wrote: Hello, Thanks for your answers ... RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - Cocotus - 2013-02-24 I'm testing the current build by "embering" some new movies (finally some time to do this after all the coding^^) and I noticed that there is a new settings Panel (for the new TMDB Scraper I guess). Still there's also the "old" panel and when I activate it together with the new panel I get "Poster Not found" message whenever I scrape posters/fanart. Seems to me like the new panel doesn't do anything. Then I deactivated the new panel and only activated the old scraper panel and everything is fine now. My settings are like this now: I hope this ok? Or should the new panel be activated too to use new v3 Scraping? But after taking a quick look at the changes I guess v3 of the TMDB scraper replaced the old one completely so I think this is ok Anyway no problems so far and a lot of "Casino Royale" posters Good job guys! Btw, here's the changelog I documented so far on my side:
I would love to see a whole list of new things/fixes that made it into Ember so far - I think it will be an impressive list :rofl RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - DanCooper - 2013-02-24 We need the old IMDB scraper also. I want scrape only the german plots and tagline (and posters/fanarts) from TMDB, actors and rest from IMDB. In TMDB not always agree all actors details. Thanks for the teaser list Cocotus! RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - User 102910 - 2013-02-24 Hello, a few days ago I rebuild my movie server and I want to rescrape everything because a lot of nfo files were a mess Is the current available Ember version working (info, ratings, thumbs, fanarts.., no errors), so I can take a whole day and manually scrape my collection or should I wait till the next release? I didn't follow this thread so I don't know if its better to wait or start right away If the current is sufficient, are there any special setting one should make? Ember has a lot of them and I know last time I had to make very specific scrape settings because a lot of things didn't work. I have XBMC-xvba 13-git RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - Cocotus - 2013-02-24 (2013-02-24, 18:09)cyberman Wrote: Hello,There are some things in the current version that don't work as far as I know. Trailer-download for example, maybe some frodo-switches too. I would definately wait for the new 1.3.10 version, I think it's in the finishing process. RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - pritect - 2013-02-25 I am trying to run Ember on a fresh installed Windows Server 2008 R2, and i get this errormessage when starting ember. I'm using latest ember. Any idéa what causing this? RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - mojo_lo - 2013-02-25 Downloading of the poster (actually a thumbnail screenshot) when scraping an episode seems flaky. Usually it doesn't work at all. Is anyone else having this problem? RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - oleroc - 2013-02-25 Issue with Frodo and Ember. Frodo's way of scraping has uncovered a few issues with multipart movies. Earlier, Eden would just find an online thumb if no local thumb could be found, but Frodo will show a screen shot of the movie instead. Also, frodo DOES not accept: <movie>.part1.tbn [.jpg] For Frodo to pick up the thumb, any multipart movie must have the thumb: <movie>.tbn So, could ember be patched to pick up <movie>.tbn [.jpg] and all other files (<movie>-trailer.xxx, <move>-fanart.jpg, etc) in a multipart scenario?(<movie>.part1.mkv, <movie>.part2.mkv, etc.) I know the code was changed earlier to allow for <movie>-trailer when the movie was called <movie>.part1.mkv but the change didn't stick.
