RE: TV Guide Fullscreen - possibly the most powerful TV Guide in the world. ;) - doktourtv - 2019-09-30 Yes. exactly. If you just want to remove the link to the m3u then in settings you can just delete it. RE: TV Guide Fullscreen - possibly the most powerful TV Guide in the world. ;) - nullSalva - 2019-10-14 Is there a way to only load the epg data for the channels in the m3u? My xmltv file is provided by my subscription provider, however, since they offer so many channels I don't watch I made a custom m3u with only the USA channels (basically). When I use this in the pvr with simple iptv it only lists the channels in my m3u and the epg load time is less than 6 seconds. Obviously, I want to use tv guide full screen, but whenever I load it up it loads every channel that is offered in my subscription, which, in addition to the issue of having to scroll through tens of thousands of channels, also takes much longer than preferred to load the guide. I've looked through the settings several times but I can't seem to find a way to do this unless I'm over looking something. Thanks! If I am understanding you correctly you want a shorter list of channels in TVFS. You can edit out the channels you do not want right in the guide: right click on any channel then choose "channels" from the list. You can then reorder, turn on and turn off any channel leaving only the channels you want. Only the channels chosen will show in the guide. RE: TV Guide Fullscreen - possibly the most powerful TV Guide in the world. ;) - daemonrealm - 2019-11-19 hi all. I am running into issue very frustrating. Recently TVGF has not been processing xmltv guide data from my service. I thought this was just my services issue. Switched providers. And again while "processing" the channels I get error of the "oops....". Then shutdown. This is now occurring on 3 separate providers. I cross checked all settings and no changes. I will have to no longer use TVGF to get my guide to work which leaves only PVR (I hate PVR and love TVGF). The error that comes up each time on 3 different services: please help 2019-11-18 21:28:55.470 T:1860 ERROR: EXCEPTION: Non-Existent Control 7004 2019-11-18 21:28:55.471 T:1860 ERROR: EXCEPTION: Non-Existent Control 7100 2019-11-18 21:28:55.471 T:1860 ERROR: EXCEPTION: Non-Existent Control 4323 2019-11-18 21:28:55.555 T:1860 ERROR: EXCEPTION: Non-Existent Control 5555 2019-11-18 21:29:06.834 T:1872 ERROR: Traceback (most recent call last): 2019-11-18 21:29:06.834 T:1872 ERROR: File "C:\Users\jon\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\script.tvguide.fullscreen\source.py", line 529, in _updateChannelAndProgramListCaches 2019-11-18 21:29:06.837 T:1872 ERROR: self.conn.commit() 2019-11-18 21:29:06.837 T:1872 ERROR: IntegrityError: FOREIGN KEY constraint failed RE: TV Guide Fullscreen - possibly the most powerful TV Guide in the world. ;) - daemonrealm - 2019-11-19 I have also done all the normal Troubleshooting. Reset EPG data . Reset everything. Manually deleted xmltv data. Remove. Reinstall. Upgrade kodi. Downgrade kodi. Kodi 18.5 current build right now. Remove and reinstall TVGF. In all scenarios. Might be a channel with special characters (maybe ' or ") in XMLTV file that need to be removed. Hello. Thanks for the quick reply. I have removed the database. Reset. All normal steps. Maybe if I can get the area of the xml file with the malformed character. This is on multiple services but I bet the all use the same CMS. Maybe add something to skip over such processing. RE: TV Guide Fullscreen - possibly the most powerful TV Guide in the world. ;) - JQZ* - 2020-01-16 Does anyone have any idea what's become of Primaeval? He hasn't posted anything on any of the Kodi forums since May last year. I fear he may have had health issues. Or hopefully decided to take a well deserved break, thought that really doesn't sound like him. RE: TV Guide Fullscreen - possibly the most powerful TV Guide in the world. ;) - samueljones - 2020-01-18 As Kodi 19 is fast approaching, is there any plan for any good samaritan out there who will migrate this great addon to python 3. for some month now @primaeval is not responsive. If I find the time to do it I will update TVGF. Meanwhile I'm updating my own addon m-TVGuide, should be ready in couple of days with Kodi Matrix support.
