there's no defaults atm. everything must be mapped manually using the configuration GUI
once you've got sane defaults, can you upload your buttonmap.xml? until I get buttonmap sharing working properly, i'll start accumulating buttonmaps in the add-on's buttonmap.xml database
also the new joystick.xml might need some tweaking
