lets discuss in englisch here. I think it would be better, if you open your own thread for this.
Sorry, my system is to complex to write a step-by-step howto. I use proxmox, kvm, lxc, pci/usb passthrough as the basis.
But it should be good for you to setup openmediavault3 on your server and install the dedicated plugins for zfs and vdr. This is really easy!
