They are currently only available in the Nightly PPA, https://launchpad.net/~team-xbmc/+archive/ubuntu/xbmc-nightly/+packages?field.name_filter=kodi-game.

The stable repository now has some of the emulator cores available for installation: https://launchpad.net/~team-xbmc/+archive/ubuntu/ppa?field.series_filter=cosmic
(Nothing in unstable yet, curiously enough.)

Any word on this? Anyway to get the emulators on linux? Or raspberry pi at the moment? Is there a zip I can do manually?
