You should not have bothered with NexPVR V4 as the two won't work together. NextPVR v5 should work fine on Windows with digital devices and BDA devices, unless you use CAM/CI which cannot be discussed on this forum. If it is the program id changing and not simply mpeg2/h264 transitions NextPVR might not be able to help.

Tested now with Mediaportal2.23-Server.
Dynamic program switching works in Kodi.
