well looking in the official xbmc repo under programs there is not a log script downloader to be had for me. I also looked in Tv section and it wasn't there either

EDIT: its working now after using wget to grab the zip file and installing from zip via the addons section
but i swear when going to xbmc repo > programs> there isn't a logo downloaded to be added.
Yea, those type of addons that don't have a GUI - recent/random/logo/favorites - aren't visible via the addon browser...

I posted an entire startup and source checking log a few days ago.. sure i dont know where it is

I started XBMC and let it finish checking my sources. Then removed log file and then entered the TV Series menu and scrolling around the "Logo missing" images and changed viewing mode a couple of times.
No log was created.

why do you remove the log file ...
if you remove it while xbmc is running, it won't recreate it since restart !

well its in the log if you go into tv shows under a view that has logos.
it will either:
a. tell you what error or why its not running or
b. work like it should.

well it will come with a error anyway. cause it looks for logo.png and ../logo.png

But does it look for logo.png only the first time you add the source? or everytime you browse the source?
