Hi - Not sure if its been asked, but is there any way to get this plugin to use the epg info and channel streams from a plugin like this: http://supercloudtv.com/

Any chance some clever Dev can combined this plugin http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=141204 with this great tv guide addon that would be brilliant?

Thanks

I just upgraded to Frodo RC2. TVGuide starts to load... then freezes and crashes XBMC.
Windows 7 (32bit) Did the upgrade "over the top" of Eden.

Just trying to get this working on Frodo RC2 too. I have changed the settings to XML and generated a file with XMLTV.

When i try to open TV guide, it takes a long time on the message saying "Loading data from external source", then "calculating remaining time" and then after a long time quits with an error message.

Running on Win7 x64.

would love to get this running, this is perfect, got it running on Eden a few months ago when I tested things. Tried both the 1.3.5 version and the 1.3.92 git version.

Ideas...?

installed older versions of frodo over the rc2 install. It works with beta 1, but not with beta3 or later it seems

Quote:The addon supports sourcing data from various Danish websites as well as from an XMLTV file.
Feel free to suggest other (international) sources..

Hi. I absolutely love this add-on, but i dont speak danish so i cant really do much with it as of now. Could you make it work with Titan TV? Titan TV is i believe for the United States

http://titantv.com

I am pretty sure it has just about everything on every channel and every cable or satelite provider in the united states
you can set it to your area and content, and you can create an account and then choose what you want to show up in a customized guide.

PLEASSSSSSSE someone make this happen.

Can this addon read an XML from a Windows Network Share? If so, how would this be done. - ThanksImageImageImageImageImage

Is there a depot with xml files for TV channels other than danish which is usable in TV Guides?

I second that.

Hi guys, sorry for being absent, but I bring good news (I hope Smile)
I have uploaded a new test version (1.3.94) to my beta repository at:
http://tommy.winther.nu/xbmc/zip.php?addon=script.tvguide

This version fixes some problems with Frodo.
Apparently there was so pretty big changes to the python threading support in Frodo, that is what was causing the problems.

You can also install my repository to get updates automatically.

thanks for the update...Nod is anyone else experiencing a sluggish information menu during playback?? and also a continous loading screen after pressing backspace to get to the guide during playback

RE: [RELEASE] TV Guide - with XMLTV and streaming support - Gatorfreak - 2013-01-05

Thank you twinther for the update! It works!

FYI for others: It doesn't work if you specify a "smb://...." path for the xmltv file. If it's on a network share then you'll need to mount it and point tvguide to it within the mount.

RE: [RELEASE] TV Guide - with XMLTV and streaming support - torran1 - 2013-01-07

Thanks for the update Twinther!!!

everything seems to be working although when i play .m3u streems i can still see the link for the streem at the top of the screen. This does not happen when i play streems that have been added from other plugins... is there anyway to fix this? and also when i back space from the video to the main epg guide i have a black line going through the small video window and the text continues behind the small screen ..=) is there anyway to fix this?
