RE: Asus/HP/Acer/Dell ChromeBox EZ Setup (OpenELEC/Linux+Kodi) [v3.8 - 2015/01/07] - boostberry3g - 2015-01-13 I posted this on Openelec, but another member told me to post here for more exposure. HP Chromebox 2955u, as my frontend for Mythtv. It seems that during some commercials my FPS goes from 59.9- 60, to all over the board (15-27), and starts dropping frames too! Log file attached: http://pastee.co/BdwVS1 I have log tested it with 5.0, and then went back to 4.2, and it did not have this issue. RE: Asus/HP/Acer/Dell ChromeBox EZ Setup (OpenELEC/Linux+Kodi) [v3.8 - 2015/01/07] - tml2k2 - 2015-01-14 can anybody help me, with the script regarding to suspend, occasionally when i wake it up from suspend theres no sound but then i the script in this thread about system.d and the sound problem is solved, however most of the time now when i wake it from suspend i have no picture instead. RE: Asus/HP/Acer/Dell ChromeBox EZ Setup (OpenELEC/Linux+Kodi) [v3.8 - 2015/01/07] - shosk - 2015-01-14 Hi Matt, I am running a stand alone setup and today I upgraded firmware to the latest version using the update script and also updated OE to 5.0 newest release. Since doing this I am not able to access my USB 3.0 HDD that is connected to Chromebox. I have 2 other USB 2.0 HDD that are connecting fine. Any thoughts? Any thoughts? downgrade back to 4.2.1 to determine if the issue is the firmware or OE-related. The firmware shouldn't have any effect on peripherals once the OS is loaded, only at boot. Thanks Great. Enable debug logging under 5.0.0 and pastebin it so we can identify and fix the issue. Stop by the IRC channel if you need help doing that (2015-01-14, 02:45)tml2k2 Wrote: when i run the command to get this script according to the info in this thread and after i open the script the format seem kinda odd to me, how come on the pre) i see nothing? should i cut the first xrandr and paste it to the pre? Not if it works as-is. You can certainly try that if it's not working for you. You are correct, but as AMD created the 64 bit extensions to the x86 instruction set (while Intel was saying Itanium was how 64 bit was to be done), even 64 bit Intel x86 chips (such as Haswell or any modern Intel chips) can be said to use the AMD64 instruction set. Intel 64bit chips are AMD64 compatible (well except for Itanium) RE: Asus/HP/Acer/Dell ChromeBox EZ Setup (OpenELEC/Linux+Kodi) [v3.8 - 2015/01/07] - tml2k2 - 2015-01-14 (2015-01-14, 03:40)Matt Devo Wrote:(2015-01-14, 02:45)tml2k2 Wrote: when i run the command to get this script according to the info in this thread and after i open the script the format seem kinda odd to me, how come on the pre) i see nothing? should i cut the first xrandr and paste it to the pre? hi Matt, so i'm using the exact script that i got through this thread and the video sometime wake from suspend still no picture.
