I've never got the US channels to work myself.
Someone on this forum said they worked for them so I left them in.
See if zap can provide them instead.

RE: xmltv Meld - creates a single xmltv file from rytec, zap etc - Cangeoboy - 2019-05-06

Another question.  My iptv provider changed around the epg they are using.  Many of the old channels are still listed in the 'channel' section of xmltv meld, but are not highlighted in the custom section where I have my url for my provider.  Any way of removing channels directly from the channel section?

No. I removed that because it didn't work after I added yo.tv.
I'll see if I can work out another way to do it.

Try 0.0.62.
I've added in a context menu to the Custom top level menu to "Remove Channels".
It should list all the channels you have ever added even if they are not there now.

Pimaeval thanks once again for all your support today.  Everything seems to be working well now.

xmltv Meld - creates a single xmltv file from rytec, zap etc - majeida - 2019-05-12

Issue in Xmltv Meld 0.0.64
the Rytec folder it's seems be empty, I'm using Osmc Leia 18.2 on rpi2 . I didn't have any problems on 17.6 .

RE: xmltv Meld - creates a single xmltv file from rytec, zap etc - sdfg - 2019-05-12

The same for me
Rytec folder doesn't populate
It's a while that doesn't work
Restoring from an older config with rytec channels selected updates epg, though.

RE: xmltv Meld - creates a single xmltv file from rytec, zap etc - TopekaRoy - 2019-05-12

The rytec folder is fully populated for me but I get an error when I click on the "Channels" folder and when I try to update. Error log mentioned yo and said " KeyError: 'jamaica' " so I opened up the yo menu and only Ireland and United Kingdom were listed. All other Countries were gone! That's all I had from yo except for one Jamaican news channel.

@TopekaRoy - as the big red notice just above the post reply button says, please don't post logs in the forum.

That is why pastebin sites like paste.kodi.tv and pastebin.com were created... Wink

Rytec still works on Kodi 18.0 -- at least on Windows 10. I haven't tried any other platforms. I'm using that for my Rytec channels and copying the xml file to Dropbox. Then I copy it from Dropbox on my android box to the downloads file and use it as a secondary source in settings on TV Guide-Fullscreen. It's a pain, but it works until Primaevel comes up with an update. Is he still alive? He hasn't posted in a long time.

RE: xmltv Meld - creates a single xmltv file from rytec, zap etc - Cangeoboy - 2019-07-10

xmltv Meld didn't seem to update properly this morning.  Taking a look at my log, there seems to be an issue with zap2it.  Have a few North American channels subscribed to from there.  Anyone else seeing a problem this morning or can confirm?

Edit: Seems to be working again now after I tried another update.
