Hi there.
the mentioned problem via repo happended to me too.
first i did not know what was wrong because i only got a black screen and after reboot there was confluence.
I have manually extracted the skin... folder from /addon/packages, which worked. So there seems to be a problem with the update process, or am i wrong?

Yeah, sorry to say happened to me too. Updated, black screen, confluence. If i try to update again or reinstall, error.
I did it manually also. So i'm happy again, for a moment i thought i lost my fav skin!!

same here, from the Passion repo.
Add to that Fusion Migma will download/install but can't switch to it. Falls back to Confluence

I'm going to take a look, i have to look at the revisions, as it seems google code hasn't updated correctly. Short: i have same revisions 458 for both skins and that could have caused the bug. I'll make some changes and see what's happening.

Ok, just tried to install both skins via passion:
1. Fusion migma, download ok. Switch to this skin --> yes then crashed xbmc restarted and fusion was there, but noticed strange textures. Closed xbmc and restarted still the same.
2. Cirrus ext., download ok, but error message install failed.
Copy paste from package folder, started xbmc, select cirrus: works
Checked both revisions again and it's correct: fusion rev 457 and cirrus rev 458.
Guys sorry, but i don't understand what's happening.

I messed around with the button id and the order of two commands (playlist.clear and dialog.close) neither made a difference. The attempt was made using movie 30 minutes or less. I notice 2 errors around the time of the attempt:
1. It couldn't find the flatten.movies setting which looks to be a recent addition to Eden (and in addition to the tv.flatten setting)
2. It couldn't open up/find the extrafanart directory of the movie in question (30 minutes or less)

seems some more people beside myself having trouble installing the latest release of this wonderful skin.
I figured out that there are a lot of "strange" characters in some of the filenames in

/skin.cirrus.extended.v2.svn/extras/flagging/studiosUsing the skin under linux i'm having files with multiple

???in them so the characters are not recognized by os and some of the fail to copy. Using the zip-archive within wind00f (winrar) there are also strange characters in filename like in

Westwood StudiosÔÇÜ Inc..pngThis issue is maybe worth a look at...
