@billyrene , that is odd.  While I use embuary helper for several things in the info dialog, I do so only if enabled in the skin settings, so if you do not use the addon or even have it in your system, you should not be getting that popup.  Is this matrix or Leia? I just tested in Matrix without having Embuary Helper in my system and I do not get that popup when I go to the info dialog of an episode or movie or tv show.

So i think it's possble, that the issue also exists in your skin, scince you are using the same method in startup.xml for showing background image for a few seconds (https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=363710). Jurialmunkey was also using a similar method in aura skin and was able to repdocude this and has found a fix:

@billyrene , thank you for sending me your settings.  I have fixed the issue.  The changes are already on GitHub.  You will need to restart Kodi for the change to be effective.  Please update, and let me know if the issue is indeed fixed.  Thanks.
