hi guys i've been adding mine and my wife's albums to my HTPC but i need a bit of help. I've tagged all my albums using MusicBrainz Picard and scraped using the universal album scraper and prefer online information selected. Most has gone the way i wanted but as seen below the formed and years active are not showing

Hello guys has the skin shortcuts branch been merged to the madnox Jarvis master yet? If not any idea when it will be merged?
Cheers guys.

The original skinshortcuts branch has been long-since abandoned. The skinshortcuts-dev branch is still in progress, and you can see the to-do list here. Ideally it won't be merged until the to-do list is complete, though - certainly from my perspective (and I actually posted about 20 mins on the to-do list to say so) - I've done all I can unless people give details of how to reproduce bugs that still remain. (Which, for me, is a good reason to encourage people to test the branch as thoroughly as possible, using Skin Settings > Help to install any add-ons that they're missing once they've installed the branch )

Hi, Here are a few screens that may help below,
The first three show a screenshot of my folder set up and also the artwork and nfo files I use for each artist and album.

Key to pulling through details into the artist and album views are the nfo files, I import the music via Kodi then export via music section in the settings area, this then generates the nfo files which makes it much easier if you need to re import your collection later down the line.
Not all the details pull through automatically unfortunately for some of the views in Aeon Nox so a bit of manual editing is required. Below are two complete nfo files so you get the idea.
Once I have manually edited the nfo files and saved them, I then refresh the artist and album via the "i" button and it will then update any changes you have made in those nfo files

Cale), born John Weldon Cale on December 5, 1938, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is a Grammy Award-winning American singer-songwriter and musician. Cale is one of the originators of the Tulsa Sound, a loose genre drawing on blues, rockabilly, country, and jazz influences. Cale's personal style has often been described as "laid back".

His only U.S. hit single, Crazy Mama, peaked at #22 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1972. During the 2006 documentary film To Tulsa and Back Cale recounts the story of being offered the opportunity to appear on Dick Clark's American Bandstand to promote the song, which would have moved the song higher on the charts. Cale declined when told he could not bring his band to the taping and would be required to lip-sync the words to the song.

His songs have been performed by a number of other musicians including "After Midnight" and "Cocaine" by Eric Clapton,"Cajun Moon" by Randy Crawford, "Magnolia" by Jai, "Bringing It Back" by Kansas, "Call Me the Breeze" and "I Got the Same Old Blues" by Lynyrd Skynyrd, "I'd Like to Love You, Baby" by Tom Petty, "Travelin' Light" and "Ride Me High" by Widespread Panic, "Tijuana" by Harry Manx, "Sensitive Kind" by Carlos Santana, "Cajun Moon" by Herbie Mann with Cissy Houston, and "Same Old Blues" by Captain Beefheart.</biography> <died></died> <disbanded></disbanded> <thumb preview="http://assets.fanart.tv/fanart/music/4b0be624-6b87-47e8-bbf0-588a2c6c0439/artistthumb/cale-jj-51d6624e112d7.jpg/preview">http://assets.fanart.tv/fanart/music/4b0be624-6b87-47e8-bbf0-588a2c6c0439/artistthumb/cale-jj-51d6624e112d7.jpg</thumb> <thumb preview="http://assets.fanart.tv/fanart/music/4b0be624-6b87-47e8-bbf0-588a2c6c0439/artistthumb/cale-jj-54b28fd12f9b4.JPG/preview">http://assets.fanart.tv/fanart/music/4b0be624-6b87-47e8-bbf0-588a2c6c0439/artistthumb/cale-jj-54b28fd12f9b4.JPG</thumb> <thumb preview="http://www.theaudiodb.com/images/media/artist/thumb/yppuqx1345988793.jpg/preview">http://www.theaudiodb.com/images/media/artist/thumb/yppuqx1345988793.jpg</thumb> <path>Y:\J.J. Hey guys,
awesome work on the changes since christmas *thumbs up* ![Big Grin Big Grin](https://forum.kodi.tv/images/smilies/grin.png)
I've got a little problem though...
When going into extended info and coming out again the fanart disappeared and I get the "basic" randomly changing fanart from schimi2k instead of the static actual movie / tv show fanart I downloaded.
It also happens in 85% of the time I hit the "c-button" to go into the context menu.
Has anyone a clue? Haven't had time to make a log file and am not home today, so if a log file is needed I happily provide one later tonight / tomorrow ![Smile Smile](https://forum.kodi.tv/images/smilies/smile.png)
Thanks in advance
Edit: Running latest RC from Kodi with a Madnox download from 2 days ago from github

RE: Aeon Madnox - Beta Release (for Isengard / Jarvis) - Temujin - 2016-02-14
Hey team, I seem to recall talk last year about Madnox being on the official Kodi addon repository but that it was either not allowed as it was an Aeon offshoot, or was it bandwidth hosting costs? I can't recall.
Is there any talk of having Madnox added as an official skin in the Kodi addons any time soon?

No I don't think it ever will be official repo. Even though I'll bet its the most popular skin for Kodi hands down..
Well for people that can find this thread, if it were to be made official, it would be the most used skin, no question about that at all. Nothing would come close.
Politics would never allow this unfortunately.

No apologies necessary, just couldn't recall if that ever gonna happen, all good my man.
I setup a couple boxes this weekend for relatives and tried a few of the other official skins...man Madnox has spoiled us.
Thanks for all the work guys, it's very much appreciated
