None of this works on my System "LibreELEC 12.0 with Kodi (Omega) v21.0".

I have modified those 3 lines exactly, in the path specified by you and nothing has happened. It repeats the same problem that has brought us here.

For now I am using 'GISMETEO' as my provider but it is not as accurate as 'Multi.Weather' which always worked for me until a little more than 1 month ago until one day without any human intervention it stopped getting the forecast data.

I've copied my working settings.xml from my W10 laptop to my new 4k max v2 stick and it doesn't work, just keeps displaying 'Fetching forecast'.
I thought this would fix my issue.
The Multi Weather addon is showing as 'Broken' in Kodi.
Do I need to do something else to get it working?
