I can't install the latest version on Githib on Nexus because of "the dependency on script embuary helper 2.09 failed" etc..
I have Embuary helper 2.08.

Hey, for now you can change it back to 2.08 in the copacetic addons.xml so you can install. The only thing 2.09 does that's new is it calculates the progress bar percentage for widget tvshows.
You could also try manually updating Embuary Helper to 2.09 by installing from here: https://github.com/sualfred/script.embuary.helper/blob/matrix/addon.xml

I'm having problems getting 2.0.9 into the official repo so manually installing is the only way to get it at the moment

Running KODI Nexus on Apple TV and when I installed this skin, skin shortcuts didn't create a menu item for Settings so there was no way for me to configure the skin or most importantly switch to another skin. Even after pairing a keyboard I could not access the Settings menu so only option was to delete KODI and reinstall.
Tried fresh install of KODI Matrix instead and had same experience. Deleted and reinstalled KODI and this time installed a different skin - AZ Horizon, skin shortcuts created Settings menu. Installed Copacetic, switched skin no Settings menu. Delete KODI app and reinstall. Checked skin shortcuts settings left default options selected, tried installing Copacetic again, frustratingly same result.
Unable to work out how to get past this situation. Can anyone assist?

If you go to the powerbutton menu, there will always be a link to settings there that you can access regardless of what is in your home menu. You can get it by pressing 's' on a keyboard, or long press back button on a shield. Not sure about the button to press on AppleTV.
Also FYI, if you ever get into problems with a skin, you don't need to delete Kodi - you just need to delete the folder of the skin in your addons folder and it will revert to Estuary default skin, no harm no foul.
But to help others in this scenario, I will add Settings to the default skinshortcuts for this skin, thanks
PS, I saw you mentioned you're on Kodi Matrix. Please install this version, the newer versions on Github are being developed only for Nexus - https://github.com/realcopacetic/skin.copacetic/tree/c2afd68b1915ae2b28e37a65ed4eddc573064234

Thank you @Quizkid wasn't aware of the powerbutton menu, I'm running both KODI Nexus and Matrix on the AppleTV, so have installed both versions of your skin. Appreciate the quick response.

Few new additions - ability to add custom homescreen widgets e.g. TMDBHelper and adding background image/multi-image/playlist for each menu item via skinshortcuts.
I'm currently updating my views to handle plugin content, so there are some labels that don't display correctly in the video.
I'm going to move the powerbutton menu to skinshortcuts as well so that it can be edited as required.

Sorry yes I must have accidentally left it on when pushing an update to gothub. You just want to go in addon.xml and change debugging to "false". I'll push an update later today to fix this
