did you have time to take a look at the following?
- Logo as Title (on top if available) and Show original title in top menu are wrongly joined. I can't select one of them separately from the other one
- when I use smart playlists for movies, tv shows and music albums some issues arise:
+ starring in widget view is not displayed for tv shows
+ library status i) is displayed properly for movies smart playlists ii) is displayed with less info than default for tv shows smart playlist iii) is not displayed at all for music smart playlist
- when I use static music playlists (m3u file) for music songs some issues arise:
+ disc art is not displayed in right list view if I move among song titles
+ disc art is not displayed when the song is played
I remember you will work on the music section after this release update, but... would it be possible to think that you could find a solution for problems in movies/Tv Shows sections before passing to music session?

I fixed the missing season and episode info on the pause and fullscreen info screens. If you want to fix it before the next update, open the files DialogSeekBar.xml and DialogFullScreenInfo. Search for...
and change toxml:

Thanks! The latest update includes all previous updates as well. I tried to reinstall the Colored Studio Icons Add-on from the Kodi Repo and encountered an error as well. I had to close Kodi, remove the "resource.images.studios.coloured" folder from addons and then open Kodi and install the Add-on that way.

Those buttons have been joined in MQ 7 for quite a while, so I did the same thing for MQ 8. If you turn off the title setting I would think you'd then want to turn on the logo setting. Are you wanting to turn them both off?

I think the only way to do it is by editing the Studio from the context Menu and remove 2 of the 3.. as I think this version can only handle 1 Studio.
Latts has a zip file on his repo that you can install for this.. called Library Editor Script.
The other way is to use a program like Media Companion and make sure only 1 Studio is in there before scrapping it to Kodi.

for Kodiflix view (Boxsets) i dont seem to get the actress art to work, maybe its normal but dont know
Is there somewhere a thread, with a small guideline to set-up character art, cant seem to find it ?

And as far as i know multiple studio scraping is only possible with the use of Media Managers.
So i guess @Buzniak scraped it anyway with a Media Manager.

It's simple 1:1 equal label matching ListItem.Studio with the Studio Icons resource addon or Studio Icons path.
ListItem.Studio is a combined InfoLabel, if more than 1 entries there, no 1:1 equal label matching possible anymore.
Since a few weeks with @sualfred Embuary Helper it is possible to split the combined InfoLabel into single values and it would be possible.
I implemented this for several combined InfoLabels (cast, countries, directors). I tried also with studios, It's possible but not the fastest.
At first I also had multiple studios. But have the very time-consuming, manual in all movies the studios changed to one and where also an icon is present.
That's why I undone this modification

Have briefly thought about it and do not know if this is possible...
But we always have to assume that not all users have all supported addons installed. Same with Actress Addon.
Maybe it would be possible:
If Actress installed toggle between 3 states -> Characterart, Actress, Off
If Actress not installed toggle between 2 states -> Characterart, Off
Cause if Actress not installed and they do it toggle it's doing nothing.

Maybe we should also think about it how Characterart working atm to new system. The folder system is really legacy and was also my first implementation attempt.
ArtworkBeef has implemented Characterart for Movies with @rschiks KyraDB API. But now they are called directly as a own artwork type and got directly read into the Kodi DB.
In my Skin Mod for testing purpose and i also started with the folder system when the Characterart for Movies Project started, it's supporting both and i can toggle old and new system:

+ the "Show Original Title" button is used for displaying the movie title in the original language and not in the preferred language (specified into the scraper settings). To be used into "Right list" view, for example
+ the "Logo as Title" button is used for having the movie logo rather than the movie title. To be used into "Dialog Info" view
So I don't really understand why these two buttons have to be joined

Thank you sir! Gives me back the premiered date, season and episode number, but episode title still missing. Not sure where to look for that, but this definitely helps in the mean time.

If you change the state of one of the two toggle buttons, the other one change the same... I don't think it is the expected behaviour of the two buttons
