hello, new here, just tested the tool for music videos, it works .. a bit, it looks like you can only force manually using english wiki, unfortunaly, I got french videos here, but they are also on english wiki...
But I found bugs, most of foreign chars are bugged from english wiki, and most of the time date isn't grabbed. ( exemple : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloqu%C3%A9 )
Anyway I can edit music video myself and it's already huge.
Now can you add youtube as a huge music videos source ? it may be not hosting real dates (it does for new one) but at least it offers screenshot and background.
Most of all... it's n°1 source for music videos, is it possible to make a whole grab tool video+infos ?

I have done some work on the Music Video section, but at this time English is the only reliable language we can get data from Wiki.
As for Youtube...Not sure how we'd get data on Music Videos.
I am prepared to send some time in the Music Video sections to improve foreign characters from English Wiki, but I need to get a new release out ASAP.

I have added a fix for when Media Companion checks for updates, but this will not take effect till the next release.
New:
Fixed:
- MC - Fix check for Update, now checks Kodi forum for updated version number.
- MC - Revert download of images from Background Tasks as race conditions are present, and unable to correctly handle artwork resizing.
- Movie - Fix Batch rescrape if failure to get data from TMDb or IMDb.
- Movie - Batch rescrape if no IMDBId, last resort check filename for Id.
- Movie - Fix <rating> and <votes> tags not applying from IMDb only scraping.
- Movie - Fix Change Movie if TMDB and enabled AllowAdultSearch.
- Movie - Fix new format ratings, not storing value correctly.
- MusicVideo - Fixes in retrieving data from Wikipedia.
- MusicVideo - Code fixing for Wiki pages.
- TV - Fixed artwork downloading not obeying image sizing options.
And, Please, if you experience any crashes, create a Ticket on Media Companion's SourceForge site
Feedback would be appreciated.

I think I found a bug. When I click on any episode, it automatically changes case to all lower case.
Example:

I can confirm this is a new bug with MC 3.698b

Found the issue was when I refactored episode code, I did not realize one of the routines changed reading the episode nfo to lowercase.
As this affects all text data from an episodes nfo, title, plot, actor names etc, I have pushed a new release now.

When I click on any movie and click on change movie in MC 3.699 I am getting the below error.
When i click on yes then MC stays otherwise closes when clicked on No.

Damn it. Another check I didn't add when I altered this sections code.

I have always wondered, is there a reason why Votes in the TV Shows section is un-editable/blanked out and the only way is to edit the .nfo file?
