thats what I did to start with and the profile is linked to my apple tv udid

Read the post above yours. It was only this one nightly build affected because of a corrupted Info.plist. The issue shouldn't be there with any other nightly (including the most current which is 20160220-146e715 ...)

Read post 408 or 412 and click the links in those posts. I had the same issue as you when I was trying to install an existing IPA file and the certificate issue if I tried to get app signer to create a new IPA file.

You can use iExplorer or use Xcode to backup the application container, modify, and then restore.

However... I'm not sure how Memphiz handles it but it may upon opening import the file and then delete it (so it may not be visible in file manager)

Hi Dan, when I open iOS App Signer I get a message "No codesigning certificates found! You won't be able to successfully sign anything" then when the programme opens the signing certificate box is empty and doesn't allow me to open the drop down box.

Can you advise please?

I've installed kodi Jarvis 16 on iOS 9.2.1 Had no problems installing but after download when I click on app it try's to open and goes back to iPhone home screen. I''ve side loaded to my iPad before but never had this problem

I have installed Kodi onto my iPhone 6 last month using xcode with no problems at all. Over this weekend, I went to do the same on my friends iPad 2, using the same instructions that I did for my iPhone 6. I did come across some problems with signatures etc but did manage to get through these and got the app installed onto the iPad, however, when I go to open the app, the screen goes blank for 1 second and then returns to the iPad home screen. I thought it may just be an issue with the iPad (running IOS 9.2.1) so tried it on another iPad (running IOS 8.4) but am getting the same issue.

Is there any reason for this or anything I am doing wrong. I used the same process on my iPhone with no issues Huh

Good Afternoon/Morning All,

I am having the same issues the above two posters as well. When I side load the app onto my Jailed Ipad Air 2 running IOS version 9.2.1 . When I launch the app, it opens with a black screen for a fraction of a second then crashes.

Things I have tried.

1) Made sure app signer is R17
2) Deleted all my certs and revoked and then re-added.
3) Re-read the install guide several times and made sure to follow it exactly with every step.
4) Tried a few different stable versions. Including Kodi 16 and down.
5) All my certificates are trusted

Running OSX 10.11.3 using XCode version 7.2.1

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the same iPad Air 2 IOS 9.2.1 Andrea same problem : app signed with r17 and correctly sideloaded on the device but app crashes on start... Same error in the crash log... Any idea ? I've just updated from 8.3 jailbroken with a functionnal Kodi from Cydia to 9.2.1 with no jailbreak and I realy need a solution to read 1080p MKV such as Kodi does...
