Hello all!
Has anyone else lost the individual program details for channels in IPTV AU in the IPTV Merge EPG today?
I have been playing around adding Samsung TV and Pluto TV channels, and they both have program details for each channel, but IPTV AU is blank in the guide. Everything else works fine, I can choose the channels via the EPG, i just can't see the programs!
Is it just me (ie Have I broken something while playing!?) or is it an EPG issue that everyone else has?

My apologies in advance for this clueless question.
I am thinking of buying an HDHomeRun. Can the channels from it be merged into my IPTV Merge playlist (similar to addon channels). If so, is it a simple or difficult process? I have no idea about any of this, just checking to see if I should move forward. Any pointing to helpful sources would be appreciated.

That uses a different Kodi addon. It won't happen via iptv merge. I do think Kodi does support multiple pvr clients though. But maybe best to ask in the pvr forum

You need to update your slyguy.dependencies module to v0.0.6
It should auto update so maybe updates for it have been disabled or pinned to a version?

You were right. Some how that did not update itself so manual updated did the trick.

Out of interest, what Kodi version on what device are you using? And as far as you know auto updates where not disabled? Maybe a Kodi bug not updating dependencies? Or do you have manual updates on and Kodi doesn't show dependencie updates in the update menu?

Kodi 19.4 on any device to be fair.
Checked my Android TV, Android phone, and PC
All add-ons are set to auto update but somehow dependencies were set to MANUAL update. Weird. Not sure why ? Could be my mistake or as you have said could be a bug.

I am still having issues updating and running IPTV merge on kodi 19/4 and ubuntu 22.04. I have updated all the pythons but it still goes to the circle of doom when i try to merge or open it.
The updates of the dependencies started working after a recent update but actually running iptv merge still errors.
Cant seem to find any errors to trouble shoot it in the logs but maybe i might have to go back to 20.04. It's bizarre.

Go into the IPTV merge settings and disable the IPTV merge proxy and then merge. Then you'll just get the basic merged playlists

There's no more info if I run debug. It never prompts for installing PVR IPTV Simple Client but I installed it on my own and it makes no difference.
Any idea what I can do to fix it?
