I have purchase an LG smart TV where it came with LG WEBOS. Where searching in LG app store I couldn't able to find Kodi App for my TV. I would like to know how can get for my LG WebOS TV. I need help here where I don't wanna jailbreak / root my device cause i just bought it.

Even those won't work, as noted above there is no WebOS version of Kodi period.
You'll have to buy a suitable device and plug it into the HDMI port like most other people. Your thread titling also wrong - WebOS isn't Android.

I have XBOX One X where I have installed Kodi in it and working perfectly fine. But my concern is within the WebOS. Lets hope one day from Kodi team will come up with release for WebOS as well.
