here is the log attached. I just installed twittertweets again, and sometime it freezes my box every time it restarts the service.

I'd recommend you don't use third-party plugins not found on the Kodi forums... reason being most of those developers while they appear to know what they are doing.... actually don't! Their code leads to instabilities within Kodi.

Proof? Rename your addons folder to addons.old let kodi start clean with no plugins and install my twittertweets plugin. You'll find it no longer locks up during the service restart.

OK, I will install a fresh kodi with a few addons then do a test again. If I still get this issue, I will send you the log.

I just wonder if the addon Open VNP Manager is approved by Kodi forum?

Thank you!

Great, I'd be surprised if it still locks up; I'll be more then happy to fix Smile

I know the issue well and it's always related to improperly written services, threads and poorly handled events.

Love this addon, Thanks Bud.

Thanks for addressing my post!
Its hard to read the font size even if Im looking at the screen when the tweet pops, even on my 50 inch screen! So more time is better and some other reasons below!

When you say "you're not interested in leaving the windows up indefinately....."   Is that a technical issue? Or a personal one?

If I go to the bathroom or make some food when a tweet pops,  how will 2 minutes help us? Unless there is a technical reason maybe up to 1 hour ( vis a vie, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour)

Good Day Mate! GOLDRUSH

TwitterTweets is a pop up and review application. It's not a history feed... If you feel you've missed something while away from the TV use the WEB or a APP.

RE: Twitter Tweets - rhoop206 - 2017-11-18

Is it possible to follow a hashtag with this addon?  For example, could I input "#news" within one of the Twitter Account fields?

RE: Twitter Tweets - Lunatixz - 2017-11-18

I'll look into it...

 You're awesome - Thank you!!

RE: Twitter Tweets - usphil - 2017-11-25

@Lunatixz

Thanks for version 1.0.5 updated. It's working very well on my box LibreELEC 8.2.

it has no image while watching a video, just seen a transparent frame. But it doesn't matter for me.

Want to send you some beers but I don't see your personal donation link.

RE: Twitter Tweets - Lunatixz - 2017-11-25

Thanks for the heads up, I'll look into it Smile

I appreciate the offer, if you don't mind you can send a donation to Kodi using the link in my signature. Thx

RE: Twitter Tweets - upandcumming - 2018-02-11

Thank you so much for a great add-on.

I follow a small football team in Ireland, so having their live match information appear on screen is just amazing.
With this in mind, is it possible to have the service check for tweets more often than five minutes.

I also notice that the tweet time is off by nine hours - is there a way to correct this?
