I am pretty sure that "HD-RunApp.exe" will open BlueStacks, but I can tell from your screenshot that something is messed up with your EXE file association. In the "Type" column it says "XML Configuration" - it should say "Application"

So you need to:

1. Fix your exe file association using this guide: https://www.trishtech.com/2011/05/restore-exe-file-association-in-windows/
2. Go to Kodi and uninstall the "Dave.Bluestacks" that you just installed - and restart Kodi.
3. Download the new zip I made for your with the correct path: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dxv79e0qsxq1i6l/script.Dave.Bluestacks.zip?dl=1
4. Install the new zip in Kodi

success. Thanks for all your effort.
I'm glad I could help :-)

Would you believe it I had a go at changing the icon to BlueStacks one re-zipped it and it installed. Strange or what.
Any how thanks again
