Sounds very promising, can´t wait to get my hand on 0.6.

and i don´t want (can´t, as we are talking bout big collection) move my files into Sub directories.

Set information will be set in the NFO file, movie files will be searched and added to the sidebar list using a deep scan, or atleast that's the plan.
The two are separate, so you'll have to manually add 'Set' information.

I've noticed a small bug today. I've added the movie Arena (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1117581/) to my collection and for some reason the rating wasn't included in the library. Then I tryed to manually scan the movie using the IMDB id but still didn't get the movie's rating.

Weather you use the IMDB ID or auto scrape it, it'll both use the movie DB, where it does not seem to have a rating added for "Arena".
It should have then switched to the IMDB and scraped the rating from there, but I think you don't have the IMDB scraper enabled under Preferences > Movies.

I tried both (auto scrape and IMDB ID manually). Also, I do have the IMDB API enabled.
This happened with two movies: Arena (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1117581/) and Setup (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1748197/).
Again, I tried both ways for these movies. The Auto scrape and manually by inserting the IMDB ID. I've also noticed that the Studios data wasn't downloaded either for both movies (at least).

It still seems like it didn't download the IMDB data, and only TMDB data which doesn't have the mentioned data, it could be that ViMM couldn't contact the http://www.imdbapi.com for some reason.
If that's the case I can only recommend to try again later, or to manually add the missing data to ViMM or better yet, to the http://www.themoviedb.org so that others can make use of it as well.
I've added the missing data for 'Arena' to the moviedb, so in a little while it should download this information weather or not the imdbapi can be reached.

It probably found a '.nfo' file that wasn't a valid XML file, try starting up holding the [alt] key and select each individual movie and tv series to see if it gives the error, and remove any .nfo files in that item's folder.
Alternatively, you could search and trash all existing .nfo files.
Hopefully in the future I'll find a way to handle that more gracefully.

I get the following error when Fetching all metadata.
"An Exception of class NilObjectException was not handled. The application must shut down"

You can upload the crash logs for me, like the one in the dialog that usually pops up after an application crash.

The popup with the error occurs, I then clicked the ok button and the app crashes with no other messages. The error message is "An exception of class NilObjectException was not handled. The application must shut down."
Is there a log somewhere?
