RE: reFocus 1.1.0 for Gotham (Preview Release) - BigDaddyRal - 2014-05-15 I'm enjoying the skin, the new unwatched indicators are great. That little white circle in the green triangle really increases its visibility. Would it be possible to have the Shelf exclude new movies and episodes that are marked as watched? And would it be possible to have the Shelf rotate every few seconds the way that the fanart does? Thanks again for all your efforts! RE: reFocus 1.1.0 for Gotham (Preview Release) - oswald09 - 2014-05-16 Not sure if this is a bug or a design choice, but I've noticed that in Gallery view, both in fullscreen and strip layouts, that movies show the logo (logo.png) while the TV shows do not. I do have enable logos set for both tv shows and movies in the settings. Actually, upon closer inspection I'm noticing logo's not functioning for TV shows in any view. Pulled from your latest repo, not directly from GIT. I guess you could use something like Jenkins, but I don't have any experience with it. The goal is to use the repo add-on for stable, tested milestone builds. Using recommended episodes / movies should exclude watched items I think, but the list is generated by the Library Data Provider add-on. Alternately you could create a smart playlist and point the shelf to that. But that has it's own limitations, mainly regarding sorting. Quote:And would it be possible to have the Shelf rotate every few seconds the way that the fanart does?Yes, but I'm not sure yet if I'll be adding that. Rotating it would also mean actually scrolling through it instead of fading in and out like in the fanart slideshow. Did you scrape them using Artwork Downloader? Using the default ID's screwed up the navigation in several places (as the ID numbering could go numbers up, and down, and up again, etc. I haven't found any navigation issues after changing the ID's so I'll push the change to Git. Let me now if you run into issues after all. reFocus 1.1.1 RC1 - Jeroen - 2014-05-16 As there are no major issues that I am aware of I have pushed an update of reFocus to the repo. It will be delivered automatically through the repo add-on (and installed if you have XBMC set to automatic add-on updates) I have dubbed this build Release Candidate 1, and it is up to date to commit a96e0b2945 on Github. Unless many new issues arise there will be a final release after this, and then we can move on to Helix. Gotham is só yesterday's news For installation instructions see this updated guide RE: reFocus 1.1.1 for Gotham (Release Candidate) - Galefury - 2014-05-16 Thank you for keeping the skin updated ! Ok so what about using the master branch for official release, a develop branch for your daily updates. and the auto build on master? Would make your life much easier what about this: http://docs.drone.io/ RE: reFocus 1.1.1 for Gotham (Release Candidate) - Jeroen - 2014-05-17 Why would that make it easier? The master branch is always the development branch, and there is no auto build... The official releases are compiled builds, not branches. I already set up a Gotham branch. When the Gotham final is out, development will continue on master, and only important / critical updates will be merged with / backported to the Gotham branch and a new build will be released (based on the Gotham branch) through the repo add-on. The first couple of changes for Helix will break compatibility with Gotham right away. So using an auto build on master is not a sensible thing to do imo. Let alone the fact that I have no need for auto build. It's not like compiling a build takes me a lot of time. Using the build scripts and some other automation it takes a couple of minutes max from start to upload. Like I said: - Github source = unstable, development version, more likely to have bugs - Repository add-on = stable, thoroughly tested compiled builds If you want to have daily compiled builds based of an unstable master / development branch, that's fine by me but that's something you're going to have to set up for yourself. RE: reFocus 1.1.1 for Gotham (Release Candidate) - Reynald - 2014-05-17 Very well the automatic update, thank you. With textures Xbt now very smooth and fast the refocus. Cheers RE: reFocus 1.1.1 for Gotham (Release Candidate) - gcmvanloon - 2014-05-17 I would like to report a bug that I've found in reFocus, an otherwise fantastic skin! XBMC seems to restart when you try to back out of the OSD of the Live TV. I've got logs but they are of little help. E.g. they show all key presses up to the point backspace is pressed (to back out of the OSD). After that a new log file is started showing the initialization of XBMC. I'm happy to provide these logs if you need them. These kind of issues are rarely skin specific. Skins shouldn't be able to make XBMC crash. So it's XBMC's fault either way :p j/k (2014-05-17, 15:29)oswald09 Wrote: Must have been some leftovers from other versions.
