That picture works for me, leaves plenty of room on the home screen for the controls.
Visualisation is working here, Win7/Milkdrop. Turned off "Diffuse Music Visualisation With Artist Fanart", and "Enable CD Wall as Fallback Background of Playing Albums" (Skin>Settings>General Settings)

I think we might keep CCM, it's a known name rather than something new. Can't tell you the logo sizes, this work PC is so ancient it doesn't work with GitHub. The logo being used ATM is Here

Yep, you are right. Just played some files local, well from a smb share and vis is working. You think it's easy to fix this for other music sources like internet radio as well?

When I enter my Tv shows through Videoes/Files I have this problem from post# 407 with black backgrounds

Okay if you use the menu item for TVShows do you get the number of episode on the right?
If not - I still say your TVShows are not scanned to your library properly and therefore no fanart.
Your episode names should look like this
Some tv shows is missing numbers of episodes, and some have.
But all Tv shows turns black when I enter the episodes.
I can se the correct picture in episodes in a split second before it fade to black
I use Win 8.1

Ha the thread I was confused over
Problem is is "File Mode" there is no TVShow fanart registered to those episodes.
Try putting an image of the fanart you want to see in each of the episode folders and call it "folder.jpg"

We can't do that. Do you know how many users would complain, think it was Convergence had it's name at the bottom of the menu & no-one liked it + there's even been howmany posts about removing "Kodi" logo from top left.Plus which I would forever be cringing - but thanks.

Yes, I'll fix the source code tonight - If you want to try and edit the skin on your machine I should be able to get you through it.

Sorry to ask again but it got lost in the middle of some large posts yesterday
Love the mod. Is it possible to have a fanart.jpg in an album folder and for that to show as the background like when you are in movies or tv folder.
I have a lot of Soundtracks and would rather have a fanart image that I put there when the album is playing rather than an artist as it doesn't really suit soundtracks.

Yeah sorry it did get lost, I remember reading it and obviously got side tracked. I'll have a look and get back to you, CCM actually uses the database info rather than reading the folders as it's a lot quicker, also does not need to spin up any sleeping disks.
