Yes, you need to have at least one Playlist of your own created for YouTube Takeout to show the Playlist option to select / tick for exporting.
And to create your own Playlists, first you need to create your Channel - just create it, no need to add anything there.
All the work plus the exporting can be done in a few minutes. But take your time if you are not familiar, and step by step it should still only take 10-15 minutes.

Other have a similar issue at right now ?

My setup it's.. OSMC latest build based on kodi 18.9 runned on a Pi2 whit the current addon version 6.8.9 (unofficial branch).

After about 8 hours from this report whitout other similar feedback from other users i have to post some addictional information:
About some minutes ago i have try to restart my Pi2 to try to resolve this issue...... this not need.... on log same errors it's appears.
For back all to works i will need to disable MPEG-DASH and all video it's back to works but only at 720HD....... i'm goin to sleep and see tomorrow if i can obtain some addictional information...... if need i can also add a degub log
I have this problem as well with the same errors. Last time someone used the YouTube plugin was several days ago but it worked fine then. I haven't tried disabling MPEG-DASH like you did. Google must have changed something...?
Edit: If I disable MPEG-DASH in Inputstream.Adaptive then it works at 720P like you experienced.

yes creating a channel was the key now it seem i can extract playlists. thx to everybody for help. i try more later.

Indeed.... For example in the last hours whit MPEG-DASH i obtain continue buffering issue. I have take a speedtest on my Raspberry Pi2 and i obtain 93 Mbps in download (and Pi2 have a 100Mbps lan speed) so i guess their servers have some speed problems right now....

Well, I got the watch later part working, (thanks to all guys explaining it in different ways so i could understand it) but i am unable to find a way to get the recommendations working.
What I think i need to do is:
1) find the playlist id for history
2) add it to the yt addon
3) it should work (?!?)
But in the account export of youtube there is no history playlist id to be found. What would be the next step to take?

I came to the same conclusion: it seems the history is not a playlist.
Or at least not a playlist the user can export, share or whatever.

Can someone please explain to me why some video keep on buffering every few seconds?
I'm running 6.8.9 and the latest Kodi, plug-in work more than fine but there are videos, seemingly random that loads, starts, 5 second in they buffer very very slowly, then go for another few seconds, then again buffer slowly.
There is no load on the network, I even made sure nothing was connected to the router beside the media center PC and WiFi off; I closed Kodi and loaded in browser the same videos, no buffering at all, they start and finish without a single issue.
Anybody has a general idea of what might be causing it?
Oh I'm running at 1080p (no ultra 4k mumbo jumbo), ImputStream Adaptive installed, Mpeg-Dash is on without limitation and .. mmh nothing else come to mind to be honest.
